🚨🇯🇵 **Level 5 Emergency Warning Issued for Fukui, Japan**

Due to record-breaking heavy rainfall, an extremely dangerous situation has developed in parts of **Fukui Prefecture, Japan**. The Japan Meteorological Agency has issued the **highest Level 5 Heavy Rain Emergency Warning** for several areas, including **Fukui City, Ono City, and Katsuyama City**.

The intense rainfall has significantly increased the risk of **severe flooding, rivers overflowing, and landslides**. Authorities warn that disasters may already be occurring in some areas. 🌧️⚠️

**Level 5 means there is an immediate threat to life.** Residents in affected areas are urged to take immediate action to protect their lives and follow local emergency instructions.

As going outside may be extremely dangerous, people are advised to **move to a safe, elevated location within a building if possible and remain there**. Stay away from **flooded roads, rivers, and slopes at risk of landslides**. 🙏

This is the Rasuwa Border Office in Nepal, where tourists pass through on their way to Tibet for the Kailash Kora pilgrimage. It is normally a very busy place, with thousands of tourists crossing back and forth every day. At the time this incident happened, there were reportedly around 700–800 people there. 😔

Right beside it flows the Trishuli River. No one could ever have imagined that the muddy floodwaters rushing through would completely bury a five-story building and make it disappear forever. 😔

There is nothing more powerful than nature. That is the truth. 🙏⛰️
