STEM Programme is the Fellowship of Christian Unions (FOCUS) leadership development programme. Its running theme is “Developing Leaders, Transforming Lives.”
Launched in 1992 as a follow-up to the FOCUS missions conference, the Commission Conference, STEM gives fresh graduates an opportunity to serve God in Universities and Colleges, the Church, and society on a short-term basis for one year.

Wilson who served in Moi Main CU testifies:
"One thing that comes in my mind is this deep call with much clarity that God has given me to pursue long term minutes through my engagement with students in the CU.

STEM has not only transformed my character but has also deepened my love for the gospel and clarified His calling upon my life. I can confidently say that it is through this season that God has given me a settled conviction to pursue long-term ministry, and for that, I will forever remain grateful to Him."

Wilson Testifies:
"As I reflect on this past year in STEM, my heart is filled with gratitude to God. More than anything else, this journey has been God's classroom, where He has humbled me, stripped me of self-reliance, and taught me to depend on Him daily.

Through the privilege of walking alongside students, serving with fellow associates, and witnessing God's work in people's lives, He has profoundly shaped my heart. STEM has not only transformed my character but has also deepened my love for the gospel and clarified His calling on my life.

I can confidently say that it is through this season that God has given me a settled conviction to pursue long-term ministry. For that, I will forever remain grateful to Him."
