*International Yoga Day 2026 with IBPC Kuwait*

IBPC Kuwait was delighted to celebrate International Yoga Day 2026 at Alive Yoga Studio, Bneid Al Gar, bringing members together for a rejuvenating morning of yoga, mindfulness, meditation and wellness.

Guided by a professional instructor, participants enjoyed yoga asanas, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and meditation, embracing this year’s theme:

”Yoga for Healthy Ageing.”

The positive energy, enthusiasm and sense of community made the event truly special. We thank all participants for joining us and contributing to a memorable celebration of health, harmony and well-being.

IBPC remains committed to promoting wellness and community engagement through such meaningful initiatives.

Heartiest congratulations to Dr. (CA) Kaizar Shakir - Chairman IBPC on the successful completion of his Doctoral studies and being conferred the prestigious degree of Doctor of Philosophy – Specialisation in Business Administration, Finance and Organizational Leadership, with a focused research study on the
Role of Kuwaiti Women in Family Businesses – Opportunities and Challenges.

Your work adds meaningful insight to an area that deserves both academic depth and social recognition.

As if that milestone wasn’t enough, we are equally proud to celebrate the publication of not one, but two books:

📘 Random Ramblings and Ruminations: Beyond the Everyday
📗 Random Ramblings and Ruminations: Beyond the Surface

Through these writings, you invite readers to pause, reflect, question, and look at life beyond routine conversations. The books blend observation, lived experience, quiet humour, and thoughtful introspection - encouraging readers to see what often goes unnoticed in everyday life.

Both titles are now available on Amazon, Zeeffy Bees, and Flipkart.

A remarkable academic achievement, coupled with a literary contribution - truly inspiring.

With admiration and best wishes,
IBPC Executive Committee
