Job Position: Office Boy

Job Description:

1. Office Maintenance:
•Manage office supplies, including ordering, stocking, and distributing them.
•Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
•Handle basic repairs and maintenance tasks or coordinate with maintenance staff.
•Arrange and set up meeting rooms or office events.
Assisting Staff:
•Assist in photocopying, scanning, and printing documents and handling incoming and outgoing calls.
•Distribute mail, packages, and other deliveries.
Errands and Running Tasks:
•Run errands such as bank transactions, purchasing office supplies, or delivering documents.
•Handle office-related tasks outside the office, such as submitting or picking up documents from other offices (bank, OMT, legal papers, ministries, embassies …)
Supporting Administrative Tasks
•Assist in data entry and maintaining databases.
•Assist in typing, formatting, and proofreading documents.
•Assist in organizing travel arrangements for staff if required.
•Greet and assist visitors or clients.
•Any other administrative or clerical tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.
•should complete all tasks requested by the chairwoman inside and outside the company.

2. Adaptability:
•Office boys are often required to be flexible and adaptable, as they may need to perform various tasks depending on the office's needs.
•Able to work during the week end or off days in urgent cases.

3. Computer Skills:
•Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Excel for data entry, creating tables, and charts.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word for writing documents, reports, and correspondence.
•Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations and slides.
•Ability to format and edit documents proficiently.
