Last week we shared the news. Here is what this partnership is really about.

Two teams came together with one shared goal: to make the work of UN Global Compact Network Lebanon more visible, more measurable, and better understood.

Across its forums, workshops, and roundtables, the Network brings together businesses, institutions, and partners committed to advancing responsible business in Lebanon. This work creates real value, and that value deserves to be captured clearly.

As part of this collaboration, SCOPSIS is developing an Event Impact Measurement Platform supported by a data infrastructure that will consolidate event data and provide a clearer, more consistent view of reach, engagement, and impact. The goal is not simply to collect more data, but to make existing information more meaningful, accessible, and actionable.

By building a stronger evidence base, the Platform will support continuous learning, more informed decision-making, and a clearer understanding of the value created across the Network’s programmes and convenings.

Genuinely one of the highlights of our week.

We partnered with Lebanese American University for their annual LAU Case Competition and gave students a real, live challenge to work through. Watching them handle it the way they did was something else.

So proud of our winners and everyone who showed up and gave it everything.

Automation engineers, we’re hiring in Beirut.

Scopsis is opening 3 Forward Deployed Engineer roles ahead of our next wave of international client projects across MENA.

You’ll work on the ground with major manufacturing and FMCG companies, solving real industrial automation and integration problems, not sitting on the sidelines.

We’re open to full-time, freelance, and project-based engineers.

1. Senior PLC / Automation Engineer
For engineers who can lead PLC workstreams, own technical delivery, and troubleshoot complex automation issues.
Experience: 5+ years
Stack: Siemens S7-1500

2. Automation Engineer
For engineers who can support programming, testing, commissioning, and ex*****on of defined automation tasks.
Experience: 2 to 4 years
Stack: Siemens S7-1200 or S7-1500

3. SAP Integration Engineer
For engineers with experience connecting industrial systems with SAP environments.
Experience: 5+ years
Stack: SAP MII, PCo, or PI/PO integration
