3️⃣ බිම ස්පර්ශ කිරීම (Heel Strike): සෑම විටම මුලින්ම ඔබේ විලුඹ (heel) බිම තබා, පසුව සම්පූර්ණ පාදය බිම ස්පර්ශ කර, ඇඟිලි තුඩුවලින් එසවිය යුතුයි
