Sometimes I wonder if people really understand the struggle of content creators in Liberia.

You want to shoot a simple video, and someone is asking for $50, $100, or even $200 just to use a location for a few minutes. Yet Liberia is not eligible for many content monetization programs, meaning most creators are not making much money from their videos.

How can a creator pay $100 to shoot one video when there's no guarantee that video will earn even $10 back?

Many of us create content because we love it. We spend our own money on transportation, data, equipment, and editing. Instead of encouraging creators, some people are putting more obstacles in our way.

Content creators are not the enemy. We are promoting businesses, locations, and Liberia to the world. A little support can go a long way.

Let's build a culture where creativity is encouraged, not priced out of existence.
