🏆 The week in Lithuania ended with a celebration of the achievements of the most precious members of our community — our students. We are extremely proud of each and every one of you. You tackled tasks that not many your age could do, and you did it with brilliance and curiosity. Congratulations to every single participant!
💚 AČIŪ to every member of our community — competitors, leaders, volunteers, advisors, and guests — for your effort, your passion, and the warmth you brought to Vilnius.

🌿 A visit to the Botanical Garden called for the most important question of all — what is your favourite plant?
🌸 Our students had plenty to say! From exotic species to everyday classics, the answers were as diverse as the garden itself.

🌸 After an inspiring visit to Vilnius University Life Sciences Center, our students headed to the VU Botanical Garden in Kairėnai for a well-earned change of scenery. Education, refreshments, and a live concert awaited them in one of Lithuania's most beautiful green spaces — which is celebrating its 245th anniversary this year!

🔬 Today, our students stepped into VU Gyvybės mokslų centras / VU Life Sciences Center — one of the co-organizing institutions of IBO 2026 — for the What's Next? event — a gathering of Lithuanian biotech ecosystem representatives, inspiring talks, and an open panel discussion about the future of biology and innovation.

🌿 The moment Trakai locals have been waiting for — the kibinai taste test!
✨ Our IBO 2026 community got their hands on one of Lithuania's most beloved traditional pastries — and we had to find out what they thought. Did it live up to the hype?
🙌 After a few long days apart — packed with translations, examinations, and a whole lot of Lithuanian culture — students and leaders finally came back together. And it turns out, in between all of that, everyone managed to pick up a little Lithuanian along the way.
🇱🇹 One word that everyone knows — AČIŪ!
🌳 After days spent indoors deep in exam translations, the jury finally got their visit to nature!
