We are looking for a highly creative and proactive Social Media Manager who understands both storytelling and internet culture.
This role goes beyond traditional social media management. We want someone who can identify trends early, contribute fresh content ideas, and collaborate with our creative team to help grow our audience and brand presence across platforms.
▪️Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
•Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms
•Create, schedule, publish, and monitor engaging content
•Track performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports
Trend Analysis & Research
•Monitor industry trends, viral content, audience behavior, and platform algorithm updates
•Research trending formats, sounds, challenges, memes, and storytelling techniques relevant to the film and entertainment industry
▪️Creative Brainstorming & Content Development
•Actively participate in creative brainstorming sessions with the production and marketing teams
•Help develop content calendars and campaign concepts
•Suggest new content series and experimental formats to increase audience engagement and growth
▪️Collaboration & Production Support
•Work closely with directors, editors, producers, and designers to align content with ongoing projects
Requirements
•Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Strategist, or similar role
•Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics
•Passion for film, storytelling, entertainment, and digital culture
•Proficient in Canva and some AI tools
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a creative team
•Team player
•Experience with content planning and scheduling tools is preferred
