𝐊𝐀𝐊 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞

Veranda ဆိုတာ အိမ်ရဲ့အပြင်ဘက်မှာ ပိုနေတဲ့နေရာတစ်ခု မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။
Myanmar မိသားစုတွေရဲ့ ဘဝပုံစံနဲ့ ရာသီဥတုကြားက အရေးကြီးတဲ့နေရာတစ်ခုပါ။

အိမ်အတွင်းဧရိယာများများရဖို့ Veranda ကို လျှော့လိုက်တာ၊ လုံးဝမထည့်တော့တာတွေ ဒီနေ့ခေတ်အိမ်တွေမှာ မကြာခဏတွေ့ရပါတယ်။

ဒါပေမယ့် နေပူတဲ့နေ့တွေမှာ နေရောင်က အိမ်ထဲကို တိုက်ရိုက်ဝင်လာတာ၊ မိုးရွာရင် တံခါးနဲ့ပြတင်းပေါက်အနားထိ မိုးစိုတာ၊ အိမ်ထဲနဲ့ခြံဝင်းကြားမှာ အေးအေးဆေးဆေးထိုင်စရာနေရာ မရှိတော့တာတွေက နောက်ပိုင်းမှ သိလာရတဲ့ပြဿနာတွေပါ။

ရှေးက Myanmar အိမ်တွေမှာ Veranda ကို မရှိမဖြစ်ထည့်ခဲ့တာဟာ အလှအပအတွက်တင် မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။

နေရောင်ကို ထိန်းပေးဖို့၊
မိုးဒဏ်ကို ကာကွယ်ပေးဖို့၊
အိမ်ထဲကို လေဝင်လေထွက်ကောင်းစေဖို့၊
အိမ်နီးချင်းနဲ့ စကားပြောဖို့၊
မိသားစုအတူတူထိုင်ပြီး အချိန်ဖြတ်သန်းဖို့ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

KAK Residence မှာလည်း Veranda ကို decoration တစ်ခုလို မမြင်ခဲ့ပါဘူး။

Roof overhang၊ နေရောင်ကျရောက်မှု၊ လေဝင်လေထွက်၊ အိမ်အတွင်းနဲ့ garden ကြားက ဆက်သွယ်မှုတွေကို ထည့်စဉ်းစားပြီး နေ့စဉ်အသုံးဝင်တဲ့ Transitional Space တစ်ခုအဖြစ် ဖန်တီးထားပါတယ်။

မနက်ခင်းမှာ ကော်ဖီတစ်ခွက်နဲ့ အေးအေးဆေးဆေးထိုင်နိုင်မယ်။
ညနေခင်းမှာ ကလေးတွေခြံထဲကစားနေတာကို ကြည့်နိုင်မယ်။
မိုးရွာတဲ့နေ့မှာလည်း မိုးသံနားထောင်ရင်း မိသားစုနဲ့အတူ အချိန်ဖြတ်သန်းနိုင်မယ်။

ဒီ Project Images တွေမှာ မြင်ရတဲ့ ရိုးရှင်းတဲ့အဖြူရောင်အိမ်၊ ကျယ်ဝန်းတဲ့ Veranda၊ အမိုးစွန်းနဲ့ Garden Connection တွေဟာ လှပဖို့သက်သက် ထည့်ထားတာမဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ မိသားစုတစ်စုရဲ့ နေ့စဉ်ဘဝ ပိုသက်တောင့်သက်သာရှိဖို့ စဉ်းစားထားတဲ့ Design Decisions တွေပါ။

အဲဒီနေရာထဲမှာ လူတွေရဲ့ဘဝနဲ့ Business ပိုကောင်းလာအောင် Design လုပ်ပါတယ်။

**အိမ်အဟောင်းတိုင်းက ဖျက်ပစ်ဖို့မဟုတ်ဘူး။**
**တချို့အိမ်တွေက အနာဂတ်မှာ ဝင်ငွေပြန်ရှာပေးနိုင်တယ်။**

ဒီအိမ်လေးကို ပထမဆုံးမြင်ရတော့ ရိုးရိုးအိမ်အဟောင်းတစ်လုံးပဲလို့ ထင်ခဲ့တယ်။

ဒါပေမယ့် အိမ်ရှင်ရဲ့စကားကို ကြားလိုက်ရတဲ့အခါ ဒီနေရာရဲ့တန်ဖိုးကို နားလည်သွားတယ်။

“ဒီအိမ်က ကျွန်တော့်ငယ်ဘဝပါ။
မိသားစုနဲ့အတူ နေခဲ့တဲ့ပုံရိပ်တွေရှိတယ်။
Villa လုပ်ချင်ပေမယ့် အရင်အိမ်ရဲ့ခံစားချက် ပျောက်မသွားစေချင်ဘူး” တဲ့။

အိမ်ဟောင်းတစ်လုံးကို လုပ်ငန်းသုံးနေရာအဖြစ် ပြောင်းတဲ့အခါ အကြီးဆုံးပြဿနာက—အသစ်ဖြစ်အောင် အလွန်အကျွံပြင်လိုက်ပြီး မူလအိမ်ရဲ့ပုံရိပ်နဲ့ အမှတ်တရတွေ ပျောက်ဆုံးသွားတာပါပဲ။

ဒါကြောင့် The Move က Canopy Villa ကို “ဘယ်လိုပိုလှအောင်လုပ်မလဲ” ဆိုတာတစ်ခုတည်း မစဉ်းစားခဲ့ပါဘူး။

မူလအိမ်ရဲ့ ရိုးရှင်းတဲ့ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံ၊ သစ်သားအငွေ့အသက်နဲ့ နွေးထွေးမှုကို ထိန်းထားပြီး Villa တစ်ခုအနေနဲ့ အသုံးပြုရအဆင်ပြေဖို့ ပြန်လည်စီစဉ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

ဒီနေရာက ကျွန်တော့်အတွက် အရမ်းတန်ဖိုးရှိတယ်” လို့ ပြောခဲ့ပါတယ်။

လူတွေရဲ့အမှတ်တရ၊ နေထိုင်မှုပုံစံနဲ့ စီးပွားရေးရည်ရွယ်ချက်ကို နားလည်ပြီး—ခံစားချက်နဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းတန်ဖိုး နှစ်ခုလုံး မပျောက်အောင် Design လုပ်ပေးတာပါ။
