အိမ်သုံး AC residential များအတွက်သာရည်ရွယ်ပါသည်။ ယခု post ကိုရေးရခြင်းသည် AC လောကသားအချင်းချင်း၊ အချင်းများလိုသောကြောင့်မဟုတ်ပဲ ညှိနှိုင်းစွာလုပ်ကိုင်စေလိုခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၁)အိမ်ကအဲကွန်း servicing လုပ်တိုင်း gas ထည့်ရတာဘာ့ကြောင့်လဲ နှင့်
၂) psi ဆိုတာဘာလဲ?

၁) ပထမဦးစွာ User များအနေဖြင့်သိထားရမည်မှာ မိမိတို့အိမ်တွင်တပ်ဆင်အသုံးပြုနေသော AC တွင်အသုံးပြု‌ထားသော gas မှာ မီးဖိုထဲတွင်အသုံးပြုသော propane, butane ကဲ့သို့သောသုံးစွဲ၍ ကုန်သွားသော gas မျိူးအစားမဟုတ်ကြောင်းကိုသိရှိရန်လိုပါသည်။ Refrigerant cycle အတွင်း အရည်ဖြစ်လိုက် အငွေ့ဖြစ်လိုက်ဖြင့် လည်ပတ်နေခြင်းသာဖြစ်ပါသည်။ အိမ်သုံး AC များတွင်အသုံးများသော gas များမှာ R22, R410a,R32 တို့ဖြစ်ကြပါတယ်။ ဒါဆိုဘာလို့ service လုပ်တိုင်း gas ဖြည့်ရတာလဲဆိုသောမေးခွန်းကို ပြန်ဖြေရမည်ဆိုပါက မည့်သည့်အခြေအနေမျိူးတွင် gas ဖြည့်ရန်လိုအပ်ကြောင်းကိုပါ သိရှိရန်လိုပါသည် မိမိ၏ AC သည် gas leakage ( gas ယိုစိမ့်မှုဖြစ်သွားခြင်း) ဖြစ်မှသာ gas ပြန်ထည့်ရတက်ပါသည်။ အကြောင်းအရင်းတချို့မှာ indoor မှ outdoor သို့ဆက်သွယ်ထားသော joints များမလုံခြင်း၊ indoor coil (FCU) or outdoor (CU) coil ပေါက်ခြင်း၊ တခါတရံ system အတွင်း moiture ပါပြီး choke ဖြစ်​​​ခြင်း၊ ငompressor ဆီလဲဖို့လိုအပ်ခြင်း၊outdoor တွင်ရှိသည့် service valves များမလုံခြင်း စသည့် အ‌ခြေအနေများတွင်သာ gas ဖြည့်ရန်လိုအပ်တက်ပါသည်။ တခါတရံတွင်လည်း မိမိ၏ AC တွင်ရှိရမည့် running pressure မရှိ၍ အအေးနှုန်းမကောင်းသည့် အခြေအနေတွင်လည်း ထည့်ရန်လိုအပ်ပါသည်။ အဘယ့်​ ကြောင့်ဆိုသော် စက်ဖြုတ်ချ pump down ဆွဲဆေးပြီး vacuum pump ဖြင့် moisture ကိုပြန်မထုတ်ပဲ refrigerant gas ဖြင့် air purging လေခြူထုတ်ခြင်းတို့ကြောင့်ဖြစ်တာများပါသည်။ အကြိမ်ရည်များလာပါက refrigerant gas ပမာဏနည်းလာပါသည်။ အဲ့လိုအ‌ခြေအနေကလည်း တခါဖြည့်ပြီးလျှင် နောက်တစ်ခါတွင် servicing & maintenance ကို systematic ကျကျ (vacuum pump သုံးပြီး) ကောင်းမွန်စွာလုပ်‌​ေဆာင်ပါကထပ်မံ gas ဖြည့်သွင်းရန်မလိုအပ်တော့ပေ။
အဘယ့်ကြောင့်ဆိုလျှင် သုံးစွဲ၍မကုန်နိုင်သော gas အမျိူးအစားများဖြစ်သောကြောင့်ပါ။ AC အသစ်တပ်ဆင်ပါကလည်းတစ်ခါတစ်ရံ copper pipe ပေ ၅၀၊၆၀ ထိရှည်ပါကလည်း ထပ်မံဖြည့်သွင်းရန်လိုအပ်တက်ပါသည်။ အဘယ့်ကြောင့်ဆိုသော AC တွင်ရှိသင့်သည့် running pressure (psi) မရှိတော့သောကြောင့်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ servicing လုပ်တိုင်း gas ဖြည့်နေရတယ်ဆိုပါက မိမိအိမ်တွင်လာရောက်လုပ်ကိုင်နေသော Engrs, Technicians များကိုမေးပါ ဘယ်လိုအ‌ကြောင်းအရင်းများကြောင့်လဲဆိုတာ ဒီလောက်ဆိုလျှင် refrigerant gas ဖြည့်သွင်းရခြင်းအကြောင်းများကို users များသိလောက်ပါပြီ။

၂) psi ဆိုတာသည်မှာ pound per square inch, pressure ၏ unit တစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါသည် အခြားသော units များလဲရှိပါသေးသည် ဥပမာ (Mpa, bar, kN/m2 ) technicals ရှင်းပြသည့် page မဟုတ်သည့်အတွက် psi ကိုပဲပြန်ပြောပါရစေ။ မိမိ၏အိမ်တွင်သုံးနေသည့် AC သည်မည့်သည့် gas အမျိူးအစားကို သုံးစွဲနေသည်ကိုသိရှိရန်လိုပါသည်။ သို့မှသာ running pressure (psi ) ဘယ်လောက်ဆိုလျှင် မိမိစက်ပုံမှန်အ‌ခြေအနေတွင်ရှိနေကြောင်းကို သိရှိနိုင်ပေမည်။Users များ အနေဖြင့် R22 ဆိုလျှင် (60-75 psi),R410a (110-130), R32 ဆိုလျှင်(120-145) suction pressure ဟုအကြမ်းဖျဥ်းသိထားရင်ရပါသည်။ outdoor unit က name plate မှာဆိုလျှင် မိမိအိမ်တွင်အသုံးပြုနေသောAC၏ specifications များ ကိုဖော်ပြထားပါသည် မည်သည့် gas အမျိုးအစား ကိုအသုံးပြုထားကြောင်း၊ ရှိသင့်သည့် gas pressure (Mpa နဲ့ဖော်ပြတာများပါတယ်) gas မည်မျှအလေးချိန် (weight) ကို အသုံးပြုထားသည်ကိုပါ အသေးစိတ်သိရှိနိုင်ပါတယ်ခင်ဗျာ။ name plate ထဲတော့ gas (weight) ကို kg or gram နဲ့ပဲပြတာများပါတယ် g ဆိုရင် kg ပြောင်း ဥပမာ 800g ဆို .8kg ပေါ့ဗျာ kg နဲ့ပြထားရင်တော့ 2.23 နဲ့တန်းမြှောက်လိုက်ရင် တော့ မိမိ၏ AC တွင် gas ဘယ်နှစ်ပေါင် (lb) အသုံးပြု၍ လည်ပတ်‌နေသလဲပါသိရှိနိုင်ပါသည်။ ပေါင် (lb) or (kg) ​ ဖြင့်သာ gas ဖိုးတောင်းတာဖြစ်သင့်ပြီးတော့ psi နဲ့ gas ဖိုးတောင်းတာနဲနဲလေးတော့ လွဲနေတယ်လို့ပဲပြောပါရစေ ။ ဒီလောက်ဆို users များအတွက်လုံလောက်ပါပြီ။
