ကျောက်ဆည်မြို့နယ်ရှိ ကျေးရွာများမှ သင်တန်းသားတွေကို မှိုတန်ဖိုးမြင့်ထုတ်ကုန်ထုတ်လုပ်နည်းများကို လက်တွေ့အသုံးချနိုင်စေရန် သင်ကြားပို့ချပေးဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ စားသောက်ကုန်လုပ်ငန်းတခုအဖြစ် မှိုအစိုကနေ တန်ဖိုးမြင့်မှိုစားသောက်ကုန်များကို ထုတ်လုပ်နိုင်ခြင်းဟာလည်း မှိုအစိုရဲ့ Shelf life တိုတောင်းမူကိုကောင်းစွာ စီမံခန့်ခွဲပြီး ဝင်ငွေကောင်းတခုကိုဖန်တီးပေးနိုင်သောကြောင့် မှိုစိုက်ပျိုးသူများအနေဖြင့် မဖြစ်မနေတတ်သင့်သော ပညာရပတခုဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

We conducted hands-on training for participants in the village to equip them with practical skills in producing value-added mushroom products. Developing value-added food products from fresh mushrooms not only creates opportunities to establish a sustainable food processing business, but also helps effectively manage the short shelf life of fresh mushrooms. By extending product usability and increasing market value, this approach enables mushroom growers to generate higher and more stable income. Therefore, knowledge and skills in value-added mushroom processing are essential for every mushroom cultivator.
