Working alongside our Business Unit Manager, you'll own the essentials : assortment planning, pricing and margin analysis, brand campaigns, and KPI tracking that shapes real business decisions. You'll also coach our store teams to hit their targets and raise the bar on the in-store experience.

You'll thrive here if you bring:

• A degree in Business or Marketing, and sharp analytical instincts
• Confidence reading KPIs, margins and budgets, and strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
• A genuine passion for retail (an interest in cosmetics is a real plus)
• The drive to coach teams and turn strategy into store-level results

L'Aventure du Sucre dévoile son nouveau parcours muséal et ouvre un espace dédié à la New Grove Distillery.

Le rhum s’inscrit pleinement dans la continuité de l’histoire de la canne à Maurice. Il en est à la fois un prolongement et une transformation, qui mobilise des savoir-faire techniques précis et un travail patient dans le temps.

À travers cet espace, nous avons souhaité rendre ces étapes accessibles, montrer ce qui se joue à chaque moment et montrer la précision et l’exigence qui accompagnent l’élaboration d’un rhum. Notre démarche consiste à valoriser à la fois notre distillerie, nos installations, nos marques et cet héritage, avec l’ambition de contribuer à positionner durablement les rhums mauriciens parmi les grandes références internationales.

L’intégration de cet espace au parcours de L’Aventure du Sucre participe de cette volonté, en permettant aux visiteurs, locaux comme internationaux, de mieux comprendre cette filière et d’en devenir, à leur échelle, des relais et des ambassadeurs.
