Requirements:
• Malawi School Certificate of Education
• Certificate in Housekeeping, experience in hospitality or housekeeping is an added advantage
• Honest, hardworking, and able to work with minimal supervision

Here is why we want you to checkin at 2pm and checkout at 9am. It provides us with a 5 hour window to ready your room.

It takes time for our staff to prepare the room for you so that you dont complain or keep complaining that your room is dirty.

5 hours is enough time for us to restock items in the room such as tissues, soap, towels and drinks in the minbar. During this time, we have to change the bed sheets and clean the bathrooms, and do laundry etc. We iron your bed sheets.

Our housekeeping staff generally works 9 am to 4 pm. We need you to leave by 9am so that we can start this work pretty early to ready your room by 2pm

If you arrive early before checkin time we are happy to hold your bags for you or you can relax in the sitting area and enjoy movies on netflex or sit in the garden until your room is ready.
