Jamie Scott Chef

Inspired by his talented mother, who was the personal chef to the British Ambassador of Berlin, the first female Sous Chef in Britain and senior sous chef at the Caledonia Hotel, Jamie was in good hands and frequented the kitchen from a young age.Jamie worked at The Colliston Inn, owned by his parents for six years where he met his wife Kelly, working as a barmaid. Jamie then attended Angus Catering Collage to pursue his dream of becoming a chef. The experience “blew his mind” and Jamie was set on becoming a chef –there was no changing his mind. After graduating, he quickly followed in his mother’s footsteps becoming Sous Chef at the Byzantium, Dundee for two years. Jamie then moved to St Andrews joining the Rocca Bar & Grill restaurant where he worked for over four years.
