100% Pinot Noir
A brilliant cherry red appearance. Predominantly fruity aromas (cherry and alcohol-preserved fruit) with a hint of lime and mint. Its complexity is typical of Pinot Noir. A round wine with bold fruit underscored by a delicate touch of oak with good length, soft and well-balanced.

𝐋‘𝐀𝐌𝐄 𝐃𝐄 𝐏𝐀𝐏𝐄 𝐂𝐋𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐁𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐂 - 𝐅𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄

Blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 24% Sémillon, 14% Sauvignon Gris, and 2% Muscadelle
A lemon-yellow appearance with green highlights. It has intense, fruity aromas with citrus notes. On the palate, this wine offers beautiful roundness, balanced by mineral notes.

𝑨𝑵𝑵𝑨 𝑫𝑬 𝑪𝑶𝑫𝑶𝑹𝑵Í𝑼 𝑩𝑳𝑨𝑵𝑪 𝑫𝑬 𝑩𝑳𝑨𝑵𝑪𝑺 - 𝑺𝑷𝑨𝑰𝑵

Blend of Chardonnay, Parellada, Macabeo and Xarel·lo.
Yellow in color with light green reflections and persistent fine bubbles. A pleasant mix of tropical fruit aromas (pineapple, mango) and toasted notes derived from 15 months of ageing on lees in the bottle following the traditional method. A medium bodied sparkling wine with broad and long-lasting flavours complemented by a creamy texture.

𝑪𝑹𝑼𝒁 𝑫𝑬 𝑨𝑳𝑩𝑨 𝑪𝑹𝑰𝑨𝑵𝒁𝑨 - 𝑺𝑷𝑨𝑰𝑵

100% Tempranillo
A deep ruby color appearance. Aromas of ripe black fruit, spices, and toasted oak. A medium bodied with balanced tannins, moderate acidity, and notes of blackberry, plum, vanilla, and cocoa.

𝑷𝑬𝑹𝑫𝑬𝑩𝑬𝑹𝑮 𝑳𝑰𝑮𝑯𝑻𝑯𝑬𝑨𝑹𝑻𝑬𝑫 𝑪𝑰𝑵𝑺𝑨𝑼𝑳𝑻 𝑹𝑶𝑺𝑬 - 𝑺𝑶𝑼𝑻𝑯 𝑨𝑭𝑹𝑰𝑪𝑨

A salmon pink appearance. Fresh with a fruit-driven nose. A light palate with bright, crisp red fruit and silky flavours of rose petals, with hints of strawberries on the finish.

Alìe, a figure from Greek mythology, one of the sea nymphs, a symbol of sensuality and beauty.  

Blend of Syrah and Vermentino. An elegant Rosé with a clear, pure color and soft ruby reflections.
Aromas of white flowers, wild strawberries and citrus peels blend into a delicate structure with hints of minerality typical of the terroir, giving a long, rich finish. Enchanting from aperitif to meals and in good company.

100% Chardonnay
A straw yellow appearance. Notes of aromas passion fruit, mango and acacia. On the palate is very smooth, fine and voluptuous, enhanced by beautiful acidity.
