From Wagyu Heritage Wagyu to the sensational Black Onyx, every bite was a reminder that great beef doesn’t need much… just respect, the right technique, and a hungry chef!
We talked beef, learnt butchery secrets, picked up professional cooking tips, explored premium cuts, and of course… the tasting session was the happiest part!
As chefs, we never stop learning. Every masterclass is another opportunity to sharpen our knives, expand our knowledge, and get inspired by the best in the industry.
Thank you once again for the amazing hospitality, fantastic knowledge sharing, and unforgettable beef experience. Looking forward to the next delicious adventure!
