POLISI JAMINAN / WARRANTY POLICY

Semua peranti yang dijual di Deetech adalah Original / Asli. All Smartphones sell at Deetech Gadgets are Original set.

* Kerosakan air masih boleh berlaku pada peranti kalis air. Untuk situasi ini, waranti tidak lagi sah. (Water damage can still happens to waterproof device. For this scenario, it falls under invalidation of warranty.)

**Semua tuntutan jaminan mesti disertakan dengan invois cukai rasmi / resit / bukti pembelian - ia boleh jadi softcopy, fotokopi atau resit fizikal asal. Kedai berhak untuk menolak tuntutan jaminan sekiranya gagal mengemukakan bukti bukti pembelian. (All warranty claims must accompanied by shop's official tax invoice/receipt/proof of purchase - it can be a softcopy, photocopy or the original physical receipt. The shop reserves the right to reject the warranty claim in the event of failure to produce ant form of proof of purchase)

***Harap maklum bahawa kedai tidak bertanggungjawab atas kehilangan data kerana pembaikan / servis yang dilakukan oleh pusat servis. Pelanggan perlu membuat sandaran data sendiri sebelum menghantar peranti untuk jaminan. (Please be informed the shop is not liable for any data loss due the repair / services done by the service center. Customer needs to back up their data themselves in prior to send their item for warranty.)

****Semasa proses pembaikan, kedai mempunyai hak untuk membuang bahagian / aksesori bila diperlukan. Contohnya pelindung kaca / pelindung skrin / pelekat atau kulit disesuaikan mungkin dikeluarkan untuk prosedur pembaikan. Kedai tidak akan mengganti atau bertanggung jawab atas semua pembuangan atau kerosakan pada aksesori tambahan
(During the repair process, the shop has the rights to remove any parts / accessories whenever needed. For example tempered glass / screen protector / customized sticker or skins might be removed for the repair procedure. The shop will not replace or be responsible for all the removal or damaged to any added accessories.)

*****Kedai tidak akan menanggung kos penghantaran atau kos lain untuk menghantar barang yang rosak / rosak ke kedai. Pelanggan juga harus membayar pengiriman kembali untuk pembatalan perkhidmatan, dan untuk peranti yang jaminannya telah dibatalkan. Namun, untuk peranti yang memenuhi syarat untuk tuntutan jaminan, pihak kedai akan menanggung kos penghantaran untuk menghantar kembali peranti kepada pelanggan
(The shop will not cover the shipping cost or any other cost to send the broken / faulty item to the shop. Customer also has to pay for return shipment for cancellation of service, and for device that the warranty has been invalidated. However, for device that is eligible for warranty claims, the shop will bear the shipping cost of sending the device back to customer.) You lost it, it was stolen, or you don’t have it anymore
You forgot ID/Username/password/passcode
You repaired the item elsewhere
You water damage the item
You rooted/jailbreak/custom ROM the device
Burn-in, green lines, or black dots appearing on the screen

*Kami tidak akan bertanggungjawab menguruskan sebarang waranti / servis terhadap pelanggan yang meninggalkan Bad Review kepada kami (contohnya memberi 1 bintang di Google Maps / website) tanpa ada perbincangan dan penyelesaian mahupun persetujuan kedua-dua belah pihak (penjual dengan pembeli) terlebih dahulu.

*We will not be responsible for managing any warranty / service for customers who leave a Bad Review for us (for example giving 1 star on Google Maps / website) without discussion and resolution or the agreement of both parties (seller and buyer) first.
