THE BLOOD OF INNOCENT BENUE CITIZENS SHOULD NEVER BECOME THE CURRENCY OF POLITICAL AMBTION.
....To those who see the bloodshed in our communities in Ukum merely as an opportunity to campaign against Governor Alia,
I say this:

Political power is temporary.
Human life is sacred.

The Governor will eventually leave office. Political parties will win and lose elections. Campaign slogans will disappear.
Politicians will move on.

But the families who have lost loved ones will continue living with the consequences of this killings

So do not turn their grief into your political weapon.

If your politics requires you to rejoice at the suffering of your own people, then your politics has lost its moral compass.

And if anyone genuinely hopes for more killings simply because such killings could damage a political opponent, that person should be condemned by every decent citizen, regardless of party affiliation.

Benue needs patriots, not political opportunists.
Ukum needs protection, not propaganda.
The bereaved need compassion, not campaign rhetoric.
And the perpetrators need justice, not excuses.

Let us mourn our dead.

Let us protect our living.

Let us demand accountability from every level of government.

Let us reject terrorism and criminality.

And above all, let us refuse to allow the blood of innocent Benue citizens to become the currency of political ambition.

Today, I’m taking a moment to celebrate another year of life and growth🎂

Reflecting on the past 365 days, I am incredibly grateful for the challenges that pushed me, the projects that inspired me, and the wonderful people I’ve had the privilege to work with.

Every year is a new chapter, and I’m stepping into this one with more curiosity and drive than ever.

Thank you to my colleagues, mentors, and friends for being part of my journey.

Here’s to making this year the most impactful one yet 🚀

Happy birthday to me
