Shaping the Conversation on Nigeria’s Global Talent Potential
Our founder who is also a Blazer Fellow at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Simon Patrick Obi joined other distinguished guests on NTA Tuesday Live this week for an engaging conversation on the “Hire from Nigeria” campaign: Marketing Talents.
The discussion explored the opportunities presented by the new Federal Government’s policy of Hire from Nigeria initiative - the policy seeks to connect Nigerian professionals, service providers and businesses with international employers, outsourcing companies, investors and global markets.
The conversation also highlighted the importance of positioning Nigerian talent for global opportunities and showcasing the skills, expertise and value that professionals and businesses in Nigeria can offer to the world.
As Nigeria continues to expand its presence in the global talent and services market, creating stronger connections between Nigerian talent and international opportunities is an important step towards unlocking new possibilities for employment, entrepreneurship and investment.
