Dear Spring City Estate Staff and Partners,

Please be informed that, in honour of the burial ceremony of the father of our CEO, Dr. Chimere Ukegbu Young, the Spring City Estate office will be closed on Thursday, 3rd September and Friday, 4th September 2026.

However, staff and partners who have scheduled or prospective client inspections are encouraged to join the inspection exercise tomorrow being Wednesday and on Saturday, 5th September 2026, by 2:00 PM.

📌 Important: We kindly request that all staff and partners provide prompt information regarding any planned inspection so that proper arrangements can be made ahead of time.

Normal office activities will resume on Monday, 7th September 2026.
