Let's build our emotions together

I grew up too fast because life gave me pain before happiness. Familu problems, childhood trauma, silent tears, pretending to be okay.... it all changed me. Now i smile differently, and hurt in silence. The saddest part is nobody notices how broken i really am because i learned how to hide it so well

A perpetual weight sits upon my chest—a relentless, low-humming buzz of anxiety that never truly fades, only shifts in pitch. It follows me from the moment I open my eyes in the morning until I finally collapse into sleep, leaving me perpetually trapped in a state of quiet panic. My mind feels constantly scrambled, overwhelmed by a flood of thoughts I can't organize or control. I am hopelessly paralyzed, suspended in an unbearable limbo where I simply don't know what to do next, which way to turn, or how to fix the broken pieces of my reality.
I catch myself longing for an escape, desperately wishing I could rewind the clock. Take me back to a simpler time—back before every thought was weighted with dread, back to an era of total numbness. I miss the detachment, the quiet indifference, the blurred space where emotions were just abstract concepts rather than overwhelming, visceral feelings that tear through me. I just want the noise to stop.

In a world that can often feel heavy, there are people who arrive quietly—bringing kindness, hope, and the gentle reminder that goodness never truly disappears. Sometimes, they don't stay forever. Sometimes, their purpose is simply to remind us that light still exists, even in our darkest seasons. 🤍

You've Already Been Nowhere
Think about the year 1890 for a moment, not what happened in it but just the year itself, the months passing, the seasons changing, people living their lives. You weren't there obviously, but that's not quite right either because it's more accurate to say you weren't anywhere. There was no awareness waiting to be born, no consciousness hovering in some pre-life limbo, you simply didn't exist.
And here's the strange part, you don't remember it. Not because the memory faded but because there was never anything to remember, no darkness, no waiting, no sense of time passing. Just nothing, the kind of nothing that doesn't even register as nothing because there's no one there to register it.
We spend so much time fearing our own inexistence, the idea that one day we'll be gone and the world will continue without us. But we've already crossed that bridge. We've already been nowhere and we emerged from it once, and it wasn't painful because it wasn't anything at all.
There's something oddly comforting about this if you think about it. The inexistence that awaits us after death is probably the same as the inexistence that preceded our birth, and we already know how that feels, which is to say we don't know it at all. It's not darkness or silence or loneliness because those are all experiences that require a subject, and inexistence isn't an experience, it's the absence of experience entirely.
The fear isn't really about what it's like to be dead, the fear is about the transition, the losing, the leaving behind. But the destination itself? You've already been there. You checked out of that hotel before you checked in here, and it didn't hurt one bit.
The question that keeps us up sometimes isn't about what comes after. It's about why we're so desperate to make our time here mean something when the beginning and the end look exactly the same, as if the blank pages before and after the story give the middle its weight and not the other way around.

I have been thinking about existence lately. In fact, I have been so full of admiration for existence that I have hardly been able to enjoy it properly... I feel sometimes as if I were a child who opens its eyes on the world once and sees amazing things it will never know any names for and then has to close its eyes again. I know this is all mere apparition compared to what awaits us, but it is only lovelier for that. There is a human beauty in it. And I can’t believe that, when we have all been changed and put on incorruptibility, we will forget our fantastic condition of mortality and impermanence, the great bright dream of procreating and perishing that meant the whole world to us. In eternity this world will be Troy, I believe, and all that has passed here will be the epic of the universe, the ballad they sing in the streets. Because I don’t imagine any reality putting this one in the shade entirely, and I think piety forbids me to try.

I know it’s been hard lately.
Nothing has happened the way you hoped it would.
Plans fell apart.
Dreams didn't work out.
And somehow you found yourself standing in a place you never expected to be.
Lost.
Confused.
Wondering how you ended up here.
Listen to me.
Sometimes life has to break apart the story you were clinging to
so it can write a better one you never saw coming.
I speak from experience.
I learned that the hard way.
The things I wanted most didn’t work out.
The plans I believed I needed collapsed right in front of me.
And for a while I thought everything had gone terribly wrong.
But somewhere in the middle of the wreckage…
something better started taking shape.
Something I could never have imagined when I was clinging to what I thought I needed.
It wasn’t easy.
It wasn’t painless.
But it was worth every fall and failure.
So don’t be afraid to close the chapter that’s already over.
Turn the page.
Start a new story.
Yes, it's going to scare you.
Yes, it will feel uncertain.
But it will also feel alive.
Fresh.
Full of possibilities you haven’t even thought of yet.
Breathe.
Stop staring at the closed doors and open the new ones.
Take the chances that once terrified you.
Because those old doors?
They only lead back to the same pain you’ve already outgrown.
When you’re ready, step onto the new path waiting for you.
You never know…
one morning you might wake up smiling,
so full of peace and happiness that the old story barely crosses your mind anymore.
And trust me when I tell you this...
You deserve that kind of ending.
A happily ever after that you never saw coming.

She never set out to become strong, independent or resilient, but life had other plans.
She didn’t choose the path her life took- it chose her..
So she did what she had to do, grew stronger when she needed to and learned how to fight back, rise above and keep going..
Even when she felt like quitting so many times.
That’s not who she is or will ever be, though.
She doesn’t know how to stay down, accept defeat or be okay with giving up.
Truth is, she never saw half of what happened coming and she definitely had no idea how to make it through..
But she figured it out-
She always has.
It might not always be graceful, well planned or executed flawlessly…but she gets it done.
She’s not always had the strength or fortitude to push through and there were so many times she thought life would pull her under, but somehow, she would fight through.
The storms she has survived have made her appreciate the rainbows after the rain..
And she’s thankful for the moments that have turned into memories, people that turned into friends and the setbacks that turned into comebacks.
There will always be hard days, formidable challenges and stormy times..
But she’s learned to never let it overwhelm her or make her question herself.
She’ll find the answers, figure out the path forward and dig deeply to find her strength- she always has.
She’s more than a survivor, she’s a warrior with a heart of gold and an iron will.
For her, this life wasn’t ever a choice-
It’s who she was meant to be.
And as surely as tomorrow will rise, the first rays of sunrise will find her doing what she does best..
Living purposefully and loving passionately.
She’s got this,
And she always will..
Because she is me..
And I’m a strong woman,
And that’s what strong women do.
Overcome, fly high and shine brightly.

Life has a way of shaping us through experiences, and I’ve realized just how much I’ve changed because of everything that has happened to me. It wasn’t a single event that defined me, but a series of moments—some beautiful, some painful—that gradually reshaped who I am.
There were times when I felt invincible, only to be brought to my knees by the unexpected. Those moments of struggle taught me resilience, but they also stripped away parts of me I thought I’d always have. I’ve learned how to let go—of people, of expectations, of the version of myself I used to cling to. Change forced me to confront truths about myself I hadn’t wanted to see, and through that discomfort, I grew.
The good times changed me, too. They reminded me to value joy and to be present. The love I’ve received, even in small, fleeting forms, showed me the beauty in vulnerability. I’ve learned to be grateful for moments of connection and to treasure the simple things.

When you gaze at the moon, your thoughts may linger solely on the arrival of nightfall. However, I perceive a different reality. To me, the night comes alive with unparalleled beauty under the moonlight. This luminous glow cascades over the mountain peaks, which pierce through the night skies, watching over us. It is in this serene moment that we find a sense of unity, despite being worlds apart. Though we are scattered across different lands and separated by vast distances, we are all connected by the same sky. The moon shines brightly, casting its gentle light and smiling down upon a world filled with beautiful things, reminding us of our shared existence and the common beauty we can all admire.

If I’ve learned anything from life, it’s that sometimes, the darkest times can bring us to the brightest places. I’ve learned that the most toxic people can teach us the most important lessons, that our most painful struggles can grant us the most necessary growth and that the most heartbreaking losses of friendship and love can make room for the most wonderful people. I’ve learned that what seems like a curse in the moment can actually be a blessing and that what seems like the end of the road is actually just the discovery that we are meant to travel down a different path. I’ve learned that no matter how difficult things seem, there is always hope. I’ve learned that no matter how powerless we feel or how horrible things seem, we can’t give up. We have to keep going. Even when it’s scary, even when all of our strength seems gone, we have to keep picking ourselves back up and moving forward, because whatever we’re battling in the moment, it will pass, and we will make it through. We’ve made it this far. We can make it through whatever comes next.
