Meet the Inaugural Beneficiaries of the George Ezulike Foundation Entrepreneurship Program 2026! 🎉

A transformative initiative empowering Achina’s youth with practical skills, fostering economic growth, and strengthening the future of our community.

This program is designed to train at least 20 youths annually in the first 5 years of engagement, creating a ripple effect of economic empowerment and sustainable livelihoods across Achina and beyond.

These six outstanding young Achina indigenes emerged through a transparent, competitive, and merit-based selection process to become the first beneficiaries of our annual entrepreneurship initiative.

1. Dim Chukwuma Jude (Ebele Village) – Shoe Making

2. Ezeh Ugochukwu Grace (Ebele Village) – Fashion Designing

3. Ezeh Favour Chijindu (Umueleke Village) – Computer & AI Training

4. Ndiukwu Charles (Umueleke Village) – Computer & AI Training

5. Nwachukwu Chibuzor (Umuezeiyi Village) – Shoe Making

6. Onyebuchi Chioma (Umuezeiyi Village) – Shoe Making

Over the coming months, they will acquire intensive practical, income-generating skills and business training through the LAW-P Skills Acquisition Centre, Achina, equipping them to build sustainable livelihoods and contribute meaningfully to their community.

Today, we celebrate not only their achievement, but also the beginning of a journey of growth, discipline, and transformation.

Today, we are proud to unveil the first cohort of beneficiaries of the George Ezulike Foundation (GEF) Entrepreneurship Program 2026, a flagship initiative designed to empower young Achina indigenes through practical skills acquisition, entrepreneurship, and human capital development.

This year, we received an impressive number of applications from talented and ambitious young people across Achina. The quality of applications was inspiring and a powerful reminder that our community is rich in potential.

However, from the outset, our goal was not simply to select the most articulate applicants or the most educated candidates.

Our objective was clear:

To identify the individuals most likely to complete the training, apply their skills productively, create value, and become future success stories.

To ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability, all applicants passed through a rigorous multi-stage selection process, including:

✅ Eligibility Verification

✅ Orientation and Expectations Session at the LAW-P Skills Acquisition Centre

✅ Commitment Assessment Exercise

✅ One-on-One Interviews

✅ Structured Scoring Framework

✅ WhatsApp Engagement and Participation Assessment

✅ Village-Based Selection System to ensure equitable representation

Candidates were assessed on commitment, motivation, punctuality, future plans, communication skills, community impact potential, and overall readiness to maximize the opportunity.

The *George Ezulike Foundation (GEF)* is pleased to announce the launch of its *2026 Entrepreneurship Program*, designed to equip young ndị Achina with practical, income-generating skills through the *League of Achina Women Professionals (LAW-P) Skills Acquisition Centre*, located in Achina, Aguata LGA, Anambra State.

As part of our commitment to youth empowerment and sustainable development, applications are now open for training in the following skill areas:

1. *Computer Training*
2. *Fashion Designing*
3. *Shoe Making*

These three skill training opportunities are now officially open for application.

ELIGIBILITY:

If you are from any of the following villages in Achina, this is your opportunity to acquire a valuable skill:

* *Ebele*
* *Umueleke*
* *Umuezeiyi*

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

The George Ezulike Foundation has secured *six (6) fully sponsored training slots* for this program as a starting point. This will accommodate:

* *2 beneficiaries per village*, across any of the three available skill areas.

This initiative is not a one-time effort. The Foundation is committed to making this *an annual program*, expanding opportunities for more young people in the years ahead.

SELECTION & COMMITMENT:

Participation in this program is *merit-based*.

The George Ezulike Foundation will not treat this opportunity lightly, and beneficiaries are expected to demonstrate seriousness, discipline, and commitment. You must *deserve the opportunity to earn it*.
