In partnership with Norwegian Church Aid Nigeria - NCA, we engaged religious and community leaders in Dikwa LGA of Borno state in meaningful dialogue on gender equality, the transformation of harmful gender norms and practices, and project progress.

By bringing influential community voices into the conversation, we are strengthening collective action, promoting positive change, and creating safer, more inclusive communities where everyone’s rights and dignity are respected.

The Mastering Programme Narrative & Report Writing 101 capacity-building training has officially come to an end!

Over two days, staff, volunteers, young professionals, and representatives of younger NGOs came together to strengthen their skills in programme narrative development, report writing, storytelling, planning, and impact communication.

Led by experienced facilitators from GREENCODE’s leadership, programme management, and communications teams, the training provided practical knowledge and opportunities to learn, practise, and improve how we document the work we do and communicate the impact we create.

We believe that better reporting leads to stronger accountability, better learning, and greater impact. A big thank you to all participants and facilitators for making the training a valuable and engaging learning experience.

In Dikwa LGA, Borno State, the spirit of environmental responsibility came alive as community members and leaders, partners and staff of Greencode Nigeria came together to plant trees and take a meaningful step towards a greener and more sustainable future.

The beauty of this campaign is not only in the trees we plant, but in the hands that plant them and the shared hope behind every seedling.

From Dikwa and beyond, Trees for Humanity continues to remind us that change begins with action. One tree may seem small, but together, our efforts can grow into a forest of hope.
