Every brand starts with a conversation.
A client comes to you with an idea in their head, no visuals, just a feeling. Your job is to extract that feeling and transform it into something people can see.
This is one of my recent logo projects. The brief was simple: make it look serious but approachable. Getting that balance right took about 3 iterations before we landed here.
Over three years of designing for businesses across Benue and now Abuja have taught me that the best logos aren't the most complicated ones; they're the most honest ones.

Day 30. The last one. 💙
Thirty days ago I made a promise to show up every single day. No excuses. No skipping. Just work.
Today I'm closing two chapters at once.
This is my Capstone Project for the TS Academy Graphic Design Programme, Phoenix cohort - a full Book Launch Campaign for "Our Day In The Sun" by Nelson Ipole O. Book cover. Announcement flyer. Book signing event flyer. 1 Million copies sold celebratory post. Roll-up banner. All designed. All submitted.
Three months of training that changed how I see design - not as decoration, but as communication. Not as software, but as thinking.
When I started this programme I was a self-taught designer who knew how to make things look good. Today I finished it understanding why things work. That difference is everything.
And to everyone who watched, saved, commented, or just quietly followed along for 30 days - thank you. You kept me accountable on the days I didn't feel like showing up. You showed up for me when I needed it.
This is not the end.
This is just the beginning with a stronger foundation.

For me, this is the most common colour combination in design because it gives proper contrast.
Someone defined graphic design as the art of writing information for the viewer to read properly.
A good design must have good colour contrast for easy readability.
