Digital skills are no longer just an advantage, they are part of how we learn, grow, and prepare for the workplace.
On Saturday, 19th September 2026, the BNI Campus Network, University of Ibadan hosted a Digital Literacy Session themed “Working Smarter with Google Workspace".
With most participants being beginners, the session focused on building a strong foundation in everyday digital tools and showing how they can be applied to academic work, personal development, productivity, collaboration, and future career opportunities.
Participants were introduced to practical ways to use the features of Google workspace.
Beyond learning the tools, the session highlighted the importance of developing digital confidence and workplace-ready skills that can support students as they transition into the job industry and modern workforce.
A big thank you to our facilitator Mary Adeeniola Kehinde and to everyone who participated.
At BNI Campus Network, we believe that personal development is an important part of preparing young people to lead, serve, and thrive in the world of work.
We remain committed to empowering young people and strengthening community

Don't just use digital tools, Learn to use them smarter.
During the just concluded LifePAD 2026, our teenagers stepped beyond the familiar walls of the classroom to visit the National Museum of Unity.
As they walked through the museum, they encountered stories of history, culture, and our shared heritage. They looked closely at artefacts, listened, asked questions, and connected what they were seeing with what they already knew.
For us, that was the real lesson.
Our theme, Fostering Natural Intelligence in the Age of Artificial Intelligence, is about more than understanding technology. It is about nurturing young people who can pause, observe, question what they see, interpret, and form their own understanding.
It was an amazing journey of learning and discovery.

Every great story has people behind the scenes who make it possible.
Behind every impactful learning experience is a team of people who give their time, knowledge, energy, and we are deeply grateful to everyone who made Life Preparatory Academy for Development (LifePAD) 2026 possible.
We appreciate all the facilitators who walked into the classroom with knowledge, patience, and passion. They didn't just teach, they shared experiences, challenged ideas, answered questions, and encouraged our teenagers to think differently. Temilade J. Awede Blessings Emmanuel
To our dedicated volunteers, thank you for showing up, supporting our learners, and ensuring that every session and activity ran smoothly.
And to our sponsors and partners, thank you for believing in the vision and investing in the next generation of future leaders.
LifePAD 2026 may have come to an end, but the impact of your contributions will continue to live on in the lives of the young people you touched.
With gratitude from Building Nations Initiative (BNI).

When service meets purpose, impact becomes a legacy.
We are proud to celebrate our Chief Operating Officer, Mrs. Oluwaseyi Miah-Kagwari, on receiving the Social Impact Award from the Alumni Association of Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy.
The award recognized her remarkable commitment to creating positive social change and transforming lives through purposeful service and community impact.
This recognition is a testament to the work being done and a reminder that meaningful change begins with individuals who are willing to serve.
At BNI, we believe that leadership is not just about holding a position, it is about creating opportunities, serving communities, empowering young people, and leaving a lasting impact.
Congratulations, Oluwaseyi!
Your work and impact continues to inspire us all at BNI.
Learning became an experience. Lets reflect on the excerpt from Day 4&5 of LifePAD 2026.
In this feedback video, Uduak and Emmanuella took us through some of what stood out for them, from learning about money, entrepreneurship and leadership, to discovering how they could use graphic design, photography and video editing to bring their ideas to life.
They also explored community service, learned that making an impact wasn't something they had to wait until adulthood to do.

Hello, September!
A new month is here with another opportunity to grow, learn, and make a difference.
As we step into the final stretch of the year, be aware that there is still time to turn intentions into action, ideas into solutions, and potential into impact.
At Building Nations Initiative (BNI), we remain committed to building futures, raising leaders, and impacting lives.
Welcome to September and happy New month from all of us at BNI
And just like that, a two-week program has become a story worth telling.
Friday, 28th August 2026, the curtains were drawn on LifePAD 2026, and what a beautiful ending it was!
From the moment our teenagers stepped onto the stage, we could see the journey unfold before our eyes. There were poems that carried powerful messages, thematic presentations that showed what they had learned, drama and choreography that filled the room with energy, and moments of celebration as certificates were presented.
But the most special part?
The parents were there to see it all.
They didn't just hear about what their teenagers had been learning for two weeks, they saw the confidence, creativity, courage and growth for themselves.
It wasn't just about performances. It was about celebrating young people who have been encouraged to think, speak, create, lead and believe in themselves.
As we close this chapter, we are reminded that LIFEPAD is more than a two-week summer programme. It is a journey of discovery, confidence and transformation.
To our amazing parents, volunteers, facilitators and invited guests, thank you for showing up, believing in the vision and making LifePAD 2026 a memorable one.
And to our incredible teenagers, you made us proud!
The stage may be empty now, but the lessons, friendships, confidence and memories will stay and live with you, to outlast these two weeks.
