Dr. Abubakar Sadiq is a researcher and digital transformation practitioner at NITDA, specialising in AI, blockchain, and digital platforms for inclusive development. He holds a PhD in Information Systems, with research focused on digital transformation among youth-owned MSMEs in Nigeria.
He has published over 15 peer-reviewed articles and contributed to national initiatives including NITDA’s Digital and AI Transformation Roadmap and the Youth Confab platform.
On the panel, he brings the government policy perspective, and the rare vantage point of someone who has worked on both sides of the public-private divide.
