If citizens have to fund, organize, and execute every critical service themselves during an emergency, why do we then have to pay taxes and have leaders?

The definition of insan!ty is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. 🛑

We cannot expect innovation from the same figures who built the systems we are trying to reform. Continuously recycling the same leaders stifles growth, locks out talent, and leads to one inevitable result: Systemic Stagnation.

💡 When the power is concentrated in the hands of the same few people for decades, progress halts. True leadership isn’t a loop; it’s an evolution. It’s time for new ideas, new perspectives, and real accountability.

What is the single biggest policy area that is suffering from recycled leadership in your opinion? Let’s discuss it in the comments.👇

Voting in an election is a significant event. However, people often overlook the gravity of making an uninformed decision or electing the wrong leader. We have outlined four major consequences of making an incorrect voting decision, which are detailed below:

• Economic Crisis: An elected official who lacks the proper qualifications and understanding can significantly mismanage a country’s economy. This can lead to increased poverty, unemployment, and higher prices, directly affecting the lives of its citizens.

• Corruption: Unsuitable leaders and government officials often exploit their power and positions to engage in various types of corruption. They manipulate resources, public funds, and legal systems for their benefit, diverting crucial resources away from the country and leaving it in a severe financial state.

• Underdevelopment: Another consequence of an incorrect voting choice is severe underdevelopment. Incompetent leaders may fail to invest in important sectors, leaving the country without essential basic services, quality education, and healthcare. This can cause the country to lag in growth and fall behind in development.

• Environmental Degradation: Furthermore, electing the wrong official can lead to extensive environmental destruction. Incapable leaders might pass harmful laws that cause pollution of water bodies and lands. This can lead to deforestation and climate change.

A Happy New Week to everyone

I said what I said: she was wrong.

I watched what happened between that young lady and Tony Elumelu, and I believe she got it wrong.

This isn’t simply about Tony Elumelu. It’s about how we speak to people, how we show respect to our elders, and the cultural values we were raised with in Africa.

You can disagree with someone.
You can question someone.
You can even criticize someone.
But how you do it matters.

Respect doesn’t mean you are inferior. And standing up for yourself doesn’t mean you have to throw away the values of your culture.

Watch the video and tell me what YOU think. 👇🏾

Let’s have a proper conversation in the comments.

What if we’ve been getting the story wrong?
We often describe African education as
“colonized education.”

But I think that description doesn’t tell the whole story.

In this video, I argue that we should also examine the possibility that what was introduced into Africa functioned as a social and educational experiment; one that shaped how generations of Africans learned, worked, thought and understood success.

The question isn’t simply:
“Was African education colonized?”

The bigger question is:
“What was the system designed to produce?”

Watch the full video and tell me what you think.

Was it colonization, an experiment, or both?
👇 I want your honest opinion.

Spirituality is more than words, rituals or vibes.
It should transform how we think, how we live and the reality we experience.

If it doesn’t change your life, what’s the point?
Let’s talk about it.

My Final Thoughts

Returning home is a personal decision.
I believe Nigeria has enormous potential, but many people also want confidence that they can live, work, invest, and raise families successfully.

What changes do you think would encourage more Nigerians in the diaspora to return?

Share your thoughts below.

🌍 This is my perspective, and I know not everyone will agree.

In this video, I share why I believe Africans should reflect on our traditional spiritual heritage and ask whether we’ve lost valuable cultural and moral practices over time.

This isn’t about attacking anyone’s faith. It’s about asking important questions about identity, history, and the role of African traditions in today’s society.

👇 Do you think Africans should reconnect more deeply with traditional forms of worship and spirituality, or do you see things differently?

Let’s keep the discussion respectful.
