U Z O / I F E O M A

I was torn between which name to use: Uzo or Ifeoma

Uzo means road, while Ifoma speaks of something goo. And I kept thinking about the journey you are about to embark on.

You have been led onto another road, and my prayer is that this road leads you to something truly good for you. That is, after all, one of my biggest goals: to support talent, create opportunities, and help people discover what is possible for them.

You have crossed hurdles, and there will still be hurdles ahead. People will talk. People will advise. People will criticize. That is part of the journey.

But remember one of my most popular sayings: shut your ears from outside noise.

Filter what you hear. Accept what is worth accepting, learn from it, and use it to become better. Not every opinion deserves your attention.

Everyone can criticize until you give them the spoon to measure with the same standard they have used to measure you. Then they may realize that they do not always understand what they are talking about.

Stay grounded. Stay blessed. Keep learning. Keep growing.

Whatever happens, I am genuinely super proud of you for having this opportunity to experience the international stage and to represent yourself as the one and only GRAND.

Go and experience this journey. Go and make it count. ❤️

EVERY QUEEN STARTS AS A BLANK CANVAS. 🎨

Coaches are artists too.

We see the woman before we see the finished product. We study her, imagine her possibilities, understand her story, and begin to create.

The difference?
Our canvas can speak.
Our canvas can think.
Our canvas can challenge the idea and, most importantly, collaborate with us.

Then the painting begins.

The colours come from the vision.
The strokes come from the styling.
The texture comes through hair, makeup, photography, movement and presentation.
And every detail has a purpose.

But the most beautiful part of this process is watching an idea slowly become a woman who owns exactly who she is.

That feeling is indescribable.
It is exciting.
It is intentional.
And honestly, it is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

So, where are my fellow painters? 👀🎨

Because I am super excited to begin this masterpiece with Damilola Remi-Fakoya as she embarks on her journey to becoming the next Miss Cosmo International. Miss Cosmo MISS COSMO NIGERIA

This is not about creating someone else.

It is about discovering the masterpiece that is already there.

And this painting?
We have only just begun

A G B A 🖤🌺

I wear black… but my imagination? VERY, VERY colourful. 😂

One of our Miss Tourism Nigeria activities took us to , and then came this beautiful floral fashion presentation by .

BIG flowers. BOLD colours. Drama. Texture. Personality. 🌺

And honestly? I was fascinated.

Flowers have always done something to me. They’re soft, playful, seductive, dramatic… basically, everything fashion is allowed to be. 😂

Now, I know I practically LIVE in black. 😂🖤
But don’t let my wardrobe deceive you.

I see colour everywhere.

In movement.
In people.
In fabrics.
In nature.
In architecture.
In the little details that make an image come alive.

For me, colour isn’t just something you see. It’s something you feel.

And that’s what I love about fashion — you can take flowers, fabric, colour and a little imagination and suddenly… you have a whole story walking in front of you.

This one definitely reminded me:

Life is prettier in colour. 🌸

Special thanks to .rukkie, CEO 🤍

The Crown Was Only the Beginning. 👑

An official shoot for Miss Supra International 3rd Runner Up, Gift.

For me, these images hold so much more than what you see. They hold the journey, the work, the beautiful moments, the lessons and everything that brought us here.

Gift, congratulations once again on your win. It has been a journey, and we are genuinely excited about everything you have ahead of you. I hope we get to see many of those plans come to life and continue to Bloom Within.

As we go through life, may we always choose happiness, grace, strength of mind and, most importantly, God.

Thank you for being part of this journey.

Now, we turn the page and move into the next chapter. 🤍

What a journey it has been. 👑

Social media has made us seriously delusional about money, especially in the pageant space.

We see people flaunting wealth so often that ₦500,000 suddenly feels like nothing. Someone wears a ₦3 million gown, and suddenly a ₦500,000 gown is “cheap.”

But step away from Instagram and look at your own life.

Think honestly: how many people can you call today and ask for ₦10,000 or ₦20,000 when you are genuinely in need, and they will give it to you without hesitation?

Now think about that before judging a queen or king who is going around looking for sponsorship worth millions of naira to fund a pageant journey.

It is NOT that easy.

People say, “She should have gotten sponsorship.”

From whom?

People say, “She should have used this designer.”

Can you afford that designer?

Ask yourself: What is the most expensive piece in your wardrobe?

Can you comfortably afford the designer you are recommending?

Can you pay for the extra outfits you’re demanding?

Can you pay for the flight, hotel, glam team, styling, luggage and everything else you’re saying they should have done?

Because it is very easy to spend somebody else’s imaginary money.

You see the final photograph. You don’t see the invoices, negotiations, sacrifices, rejected sponsorship requests, people who said no, or the countless expenses behind that one image.

You see the glamour.

You don’t see the cost.

Proximity to wealth is not ownership of wealth.

You can be surrounded by wealthy people and still not have access to their money.

You can know people with money and still struggle to find someone willing to give you ₦20,000 when you’re in need.

So before you sit down and say, “She should have…” or “He should have…”, pause.

Ask yourself:

Could I afford what I am demanding from this person?

And if you couldn’t, maybe your opinion needs a little less entitlement and a lot more perspective.

Because ₦500,000 is real money.

₦1 million is real money.

₦2 million is real money.

Millions do not magically appear because someone entered a pageant.

So, please, let’s get a grip.

Who was going to pay for it?
