Growth doesn't happen by chance, it happens by consistently learning and improving.
Today was our company's monthly training session for consultants, where we sharpened our knowledge, shared insights, and learned better ways to serve our clients.
One thing I believe is that the quality of advice you receive depends on the quality of knowledge your consultant has. That's why I'm committed to continuous learning, so I can help you make informed real estate investment decisions with confidence.
Every training is another opportunity to grow, serve better, and create more value.
What's one skill you're intentionally improving this month?
Happy new month ππ
God bless you
What I wish I told my 25-year-old self about land
If I could go back and have a conversation with my 25-year-old self about money, this is exactly what I would say:
"Esther, don't just work hard to earn money. Learn how to make your money work for you."
There are three things I wish I understood earlier:
1. Land is not just property. It is an asset.
I used to think investing was only for people who already had a lot of money.
But wealth is built by starting early and allowing time to work in your favour.
2. Start small.
You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin.
Many people wait until they can afford a big investment, but small beginnings can grow into something significant.
3. Location matters more than size.
A smaller piece of land in the right location can become more valuable than a bigger piece in the wrong location.
The lesson?
Don't wait until you "have enough."
Learn.
Research.
Start.
Build.
The decisions you make today can become the foundation your future self and future generation will stand on.
A letter to my younger self π€
What is one thing you wish someone told you about money earlier?
Imagine investing once and earning for over 25 years.
It sounds unbelievable at first, but that's the power of owning a productive asset.
Many investments require you to keep starting over. You invest, earn, and then look for the next opportunity.
An oil palm plantation is different.
Once the trees reach maturity, they can continue producing harvests for decades with proper management. That's why many long-term investors see oil palm not just as land, but as an asset with the potential to generate value over an extended period.
Think about it.
Instead of relying on one source of income, what if you owned something that kept working while you focused on your career, business, family, or even enjoyed retirement?
The decisions you make today can shape the financial options you have tomorrow.
If building long-term wealth and creating a lasting legacy is part of your plan, this is a conversation worth having.

One thing I've learned is that many people have the same questions before investing in real estate.
Here are some of the most common ones:
βHow do I know a land is genuine?
Before making any payment, make sure you:
β
Verify the title documents.
β
Confirm the seller is the rightful owner and has the legal right to sell.
β
Ensure the land is not under government acquisition or designated for public use.
β
Find out if the land is free from disputes or litigation, especially if it's family or inherited land.
β
Conduct a physical inspection and, where possible, carry out a search at the appropriate government land registry.
Taking these steps can help you avoid costly mistakes.
βCan I invest if I don't have all the money at once?
Many real estate companies offer flexible payment plans, making it easier to start investing without paying the full amount upfront.
βHow do I choose the right location?
Look beyond today's price. Consider infrastructure, accessibility, population growth, commercial activities, and future development plans.
βIs land still a good investment today?
Land can be a strong long-term investment, especially when you buy in locations with genuine growth potential and clear ownership.
No question is too small when it comes to your money.

A new week is a reminder that every day comes with fresh opportunities to learn, grow, and make better decisions.
As you step into this week, remember:
Small steps today can become the foundation for something greater tomorrow.
Whether it is building your career, growing your finances, or making your first investment decision, consistency matters.
May this week bring you clarity, wisdom, favour, and opportunities that move you closer to your goals.
Have a productive and blessed week ahead. π€
Everyone is working toward something.
Maybe it's a home.
A business.
Land.
Your children's future.
Travel.
Or financial freedom.
I'd love to know...

Not every land deal is a good deal.
Here are some common mistakes that cost people millions:
β Buying because the price is "too good to miss."
β Failing to verify ownership and title documents.
β Paying without conducting proper due diligence.
β Buying from unverified agents or companies.
Real estate is one investment where rushing can become very expensive.
Always verify before you pay.
Protecting your investment is just as important as making one.
If you're unsure about a property, ask questions before making a decision.
