Went quiet for a minute. Had some things to check, some things to fix, and a lot to learn along the way. Adapting isn't optional, it's the job. Change isnt just hard, its part of the growth. Pain heals, dawn comes after darkness. This is the after. 💪

I took this Video at 17:30 today 4th January 2026. It is now 1901 as i type and I just wanted to relay my experience at in Owerri. Everyone told me to come here and what an experience its been... the highlight of my experience was when the waiter serving my table had the audacity to tell me to just calm down after I inquired after my food 73 minutes after ordering. It only took 46 minutes for my Guinness Stout to arrive so I guess I shouldn't have been too surprised... if you want an experience in frustration, terrible service and a very boisterous and noisy environment... please go to Josephs Pot. The annoying thing is that when the food eventually came out at 1909 it was actually quite delicious but I will never ever go there again. As I type customers are complaining...2 hours seems to be the normal wait time.... there's a serious disconnect between the kitchen and the restaurant floor...it may be that this place is a victim of its own success.
