Unbelievable.lies told by Tinubu Government
Roads on Paper, Not on Ground? Tinubu Govt Releases Less Than 5% of ₦54.93tn Road Budget in Three Years — Report . . Out of a massive ₦54.93 trillion budgeted for road construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance between 2023 and April 2026, the Bola Tinubu administration released only ₦2.68 trillion, a mere 4.9% of the total allocation. Data from the Open Treasury Portal shows that while road projects received huge budgetary provisions, actual funding fell far short, raising concerns about project ex*****on and infrastructure delivery. In 2023 alone, only ₦631.5 billion was released from a ₦2.53 trillion road budget, translating to an implementation rate of just 24.95%. Despite the government’s push to showcase achievements under the Renewed Hope Agenda, the figures reveal a stark gap between promises on paper and money released for projects on the ground.
So where is the 95% of the money?

"I did my job to the best of my ability. I am just thankful to God. It's been a very, very arduous and long, almost 11-year journey. It has been traumatic, not just for me, but for my family, my friends, and all those who have stayed and supported me. For my 93-year-old mother in Port Harcourt, for my son, and for all those who love us, it has been a hard journey. But I tell you this: God will always do as God wills, and God will be God..."

𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 🇫🇷France turns MQ-9 Reaper into a drone hunter armed with Hellfire missiles
The French Air and Space Force has successfully tested a new anti-drone capability by using an MQ-9 Reaper armed with AGM-114 Hellfire missiles to destroy an aerial target, marking a significant shift in the role of the iconic drone.
During a live-fire trial at the Île du Levant test range, the Reaper tracked and engaged a Banshee target drone designed to simulate hostile reconnaissance and attack UAVs. The target was successfully destroyed in flight.
The project transforms the MQ-9 Reaper from a platform primarily used for surveillance and ground attacks into an airborne drone interceptor capable of hunting enemy UAVs before they reach protected areas.
French officials say the concept offers a more cost-effective solution than deploying fighter jets against small drones, while also providing a persistent air patrol capability. The MQ-9 Reaper can remain airborne for more than 27 hours and operate at altitudes of up to 50,000 feet, allowing it to monitor large areas for extended periods.
The test is part of France's broader effort to adapt to the growing threat posed by reconnaissance drones and loitering munitions, which have become a defining feature of modern warfare.
Military planners are now focused on improving the command-and-control network needed to rapidly detect, classify, track, and engage aerial threats in real time.

The Rise and Fall of 2go: Africa's Forgotten Social Media Giant
Before WhatsApp, Telegram, and Facebook Messenger took over, there was 2go.
Launched in 2007, 2go became the most popular mobile chat platform among millions of young Africans, especially in Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana, and Kenya. At a time when smartphones were rare, 2go worked perfectly on simple Java phones, allowing users to chat, make friends, join chat rooms, and build online communities.
For many Africans, 2go was their first social media experience. It was where friendships were formed, relationships began, and countless hours were spent chatting late into the night.
At its peak, 2go had tens of millions of users and was one of Africa's biggest technology success stories.
However, the rise of affordable Android smartphones and the rapid growth of WhatsApp changed everything. Users gradually abandoned feature phones and moved to platforms that offered better messaging, voice calls, video calls, and stronger global connectivity.
Despite attempts to reinvent itself, 2go could not keep up with the competition. By the late 2010s, it had largely disappeared from the social media landscape.
Yet, its legacy remains unforgettable. Long before today's social media giants dominated Africa, 2go connected millions and helped shape a generation's digital experience.
If you used 2go, what was your username, and what is your funniest memory from the app?
