🩸 JEHOVAH’S WITNESSES ANNOUNCE ADJUSTMENT TO BLOOD POLICY

The Governing Body of Jehovah’s Witnesses has announced an important adjustment concerning blood and medical treatment.

Under the new clarification, each Witness may personally decide, according to conscience, whether to accept or donate the four main components of blood:

🔴 Red blood cells
⚪ White blood cells
💧 Plasma
🩸 Platelets

The organisation says these decisions are now a matter of individual conscience, since the Bible does not specifically address whether a Christian should accept or donate these particular blood components.

What about whole blood?

The longstanding position against whole-blood transfusions remains unchanged.

Jehovah’s Witnesses continue to understand the Bible’s command to “abstain from blood” — Acts 15:20, 29 — as applying to whole blood.

The adjustment also builds on previous clarifications concerning blood fractions and whether a person may choose to have their own blood removed, stored and returned during medical treatment.

The organisation says local congregations will not interfere with personal decisions involving blood components.

“We recognise that medical decisions involving blood components are a matter of conscience between each Witness and their God, Jehovah,” said Paul Gillies, an international spokesman for Jehovah’s Witnesses.

The organisation also reiterated that Jehovah’s Witnesses seek quality medical care and do not practise faith healing.

📌 In simple terms: the position on whole blood has not changed, but the decision about accepting or donating the four main blood components is now left to each individual Witness and their conscience.

🇭🇹💔 HAITI ~ WHEN VI@LENCE FORCES OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS TO LEAVE EVERYTHING BEHIND…

Imagine waking up one morning and realizing that the place you called home is no longer safe. Imagine having to leave your house, your possessions, your familiar surroundings—and perhaps even your livelihood—just to find a place where your family can survive.

That was the heartbreaking reality faced by many of our dear brothers and sisters in Haiti during the severe civil unrest that engulfed parts of the country in March .

As heavily armed groups attacked key infrastructure around Port-au-Prince, violence and instability spread rapidly. Thousands of people were forced to flee to safer areas, while many others faced fear, uncertainty, and devastating loss.

💔 Our spiritual family was not spared from the effects.

According to the report:

• 113 brothers and sisters were forced to flee their homes.
• 2 homes were destroyed.
• 5 families lost all their belongings because of looting.
• Thankfully, no brothers or sisters were injured or killed.
• No Kingdom Halls were damaged or destroyed.

But perhaps one of the most beautiful parts of this difficult account is what happened next.

🤝 They did not face the crisis alone.

Four Disaster Relief Committees were assigned to coordinate relief efforts throughout the branch territory. Circuit overseers and local elders worked hard to care for the spiritual and material needs of those affected—including those who had been forced to flee their homes.

This is what our worldwide brotherhood looks like. ❤️

When one part of our spiritual family suffers, others do not simply watch from a distance. They pray. They encourage. They organize help. They give. They comfort. They stand together.

And above all, we continue to look to Jehovah, knowing that human governments cannot permanently eliminate the suffering caused by violence and unrest.

🙏🏽 Let us continue remembering our brothers and sisters in Haiti in our prayers.

May Jehovah give them wisdom, courage, endurance, and a calm heart as they cope with difficult circumstances. May they continue to feel the loving support of their spiritual family and never forget that Jehovah sees every tear, every sacrifice, and every trial they endure.

And what a precious hope we have!

Soon, Jehovah promises a world where “peace will abound.” — Psalm 72:7

No gangs.
No violence.
No fear.
No displacement.
No families forced to abandon their homes.

Just genuine peace under Jehovah’s Kingdom. 🌍❤️

Until that day comes, we remain united as one worldwide family.

🇭🇹🙏🏽 Our dear brothers and sisters in Haiti, you are not forgotten. We are praying for you. We stand with you. And we eagerly await the peaceful new world together.

WE ARE ONE. ❤️🌍

🔥🔥The Last Time Christmas Was Celebrated at Brooklyn Bethel... And Why Everything Changed

Did you know that the last time Christmas was celebrated at Brooklyn Bethel was in 1926?

Just two years later, in December 1928, a powerful radio discourse by Brother Richard H. Barber helped sincere Bible Students take a fresh look at what the Scriptures actually teach about Christmas. The talk was later published in The Golden Age under the title "Christmas—Its Origin and Purpose."

Rather than accepting tradition simply because it was widely practiced, many were encouraged to ask a heartfelt question:

What does Jehovah really want us to remember about Jesus Christ?

The answer came directly from Jesus himself.

He said: "Keep doing this in remembrance of me." (Luke 22:19)

Notice that Jesus did not instruct his followers to celebrate his birth. Instead, he commanded them to remember his death—the loving sacrifice that opened the way for mankind to receive everlasting life.

The apostle Paul later wrote:

"Keep proclaiming the death of the Lord, until he comes." (1 Corinthians 11:26)

As Bible Students continued searching the Scriptures, many also reflected on what the Christmas season had become. For many people, it was increasingly associated with excessive drinking, wild celebrations, commercialism, and traditions that had little to do with true worship.

God's Word lovingly reminds us:

"Let us walk decently... not in wild parties and drunkenness, not in immoral sexual conduct and brazen behavior, not in strife and jealousy." (Romans 13:13)

Jesus also gave this sobering warning:

"You let go of the commandment of God and cling to the tradition of men." (Mark 7:8)

The issue was never about rejecting joy, family gatherings, kindness, or generosity.

The real question was—and still is:

Is our worship based on God's Word, or on human tradition?

Jesus answered that question when he said:

"God is a Spirit, and those worshipping him must worship with spirit and truth." (John 4:24)

For many sincere servants of Jehovah, this clearer understanding led to a heartfelt decision. They chose to leave behind traditions that could not be supported by the Scriptures—not because it was easy, but because they loved Jehovah more than human customs.

True worship has never been determined by what is popular or widely accepted. It is determined by what pleases Jehovah.

May we always have the courage and humility to follow Bible truth wherever it leads, trusting that Jehovah's way is always the best way.

"Your word is truth." — John 17:17.

But the path of the righteous is like the bright morning light That grows brighter and brighter until full daylight.

💛 FROM BROKEN LIFE TO A BEAUTIFUL NEW LIFE — JEHOVAH CAN CHANGE ANYTHING! 🙏✨

Sometimes, life can take us down roads we never imagined. We may feel broken, lost, hopeless, or far from the person we once dreamed of becoming.

But Jehovah never gives up on those who sincerely want to come closer to him. ❤️

The transformation in this picture is more than a change in appearance. It reminds us of what can happen when someone allows Jehovah’s Word to touch the heart and guide their life.

📖 “Jehovah is near to those who are brokenhearted; he saves those who are crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18

What once seemed hopeless can become a testimony of hope.
What was once broken can be healed.
What was once empty can find purpose.
And what was once a lonely journey can become a beautiful journey of serving Jehovah together. 🌿💛

Your past does not have to determine your future.
Jehovah sees what others may not see—your heart, your potential, and the person you can become with his help.

Never think you are too far gone.
Never think your mistakes are too great.
Never think Jehovah has forgotten you.

Jehovah can bring peace where there was pain, purpose where there was confusion, and joy where there were tears. 🙏

✨ The past may explain where you came from—but with Jehovah’s help, it does not have to decide where you are going.

Keep trusting Jehovah. Keep drawing close to him. Your story can still have a beautiful chapter ahead. 💛

💔🙏 ONLY 18 — YET STANDING FIRM FOR HIS FAITH 🙏💔

At just 18 years old, our young brother Daniil Islamov has faced imprisonment because of his conscientious refusal to perform military service, based on his deeply held, Bible-trained beliefs.

Think about that for a moment.

At an age when many young people are just beginning to dream about their future, Daniil has already had to face the painful reality of imprisonment because he is determined to remain faithful to Jehovah and true to his conscience. 😢❤️

His experience reminds us that, around the world, faithful servants of Jehovah continue to endure opposition, discrimination, imprisonment, and hardship because they refuse to compromise their Bible-based convictions.

📖 “Happy are those who have been persecuted for righteousness’ sake, since the Kingdom of the heavens belongs to them.” — Matthew 5:10

Jehovah sees every tear shed in secret.
He hears every prayer whispered behind prison walls.
He remembers every sacrifice made out of love for him.
And he will never forget those who remain loyal under trial. ❤️

Let us remember Daniil and all our brothers and sisters who are suffering because of their faith.

🙏 May Jehovah strengthen them with his holy spirit.
🙏 May he comfort their families and loved ones.
🙏 May he give them courage and endurance.
🙏 May he help them remain faithful until the end.

Prison walls may confine a person's body, but they cannot imprison faith, hope, or love for Jehovah. ❤️🕊️

We eagerly look forward to the day when God's Kingdom will bring an end to persecution, injustice, imprisonment, and every form of suffering.

Until then, we will not forget our brothers and sisters.
Their courage strengthens us. Their endurance moves us. And their faith reminds us that loyalty to Jehovah is worth everything. 🙏❤️

We are one family. We stand together. We pray together. We endure together. 🤍

From War to Peace.

There was a time when his hands carried a weapon, trained for conflict and prepared for war. Like many young men, he was taught that strength meant fighting and defending with force.

But something changed.

He discovered the powerful message of the Bible and began learning about Jehovah’s purpose for mankind. Little by little, his heart and thinking transformed. The same hands that once held a machine gun now hold the Bible and share a message of peace and hope with others.

Today, instead of preparing for war, he spends his time helping people learn about God’s Kingdom—a government that will soon bring true peace to the earth.

This is the power of God’s Word. It doesn’t just change beliefs—it changes lives.

Just as the Bible foretold:
“They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning shears. Nation will not lift up sword against nation, nor will they learn war anymore.” — Isaiah 2:4

What a beautiful transformation. From carrying weapons… to carrying hope. 🌍✨
