Ministers Development Center - MDC

Dear Gospel Music Minister, whenever you're call to Minister, please;

1. Reduce unnecessary introduction and talking

2. Undereating others Spiritually by exonerating yourself before them or taken too much time speaking in tongues, isn't it.

3. Stop telling people, "You Wouldn't Understand"

4. Avoid too much of shorten a song frequently to make a point seriously, you might feel it's by that that makes the holyghost move through men or people to respond to your ministration? Ah, nah! Your personal intimacy will do everything. So, stop the struggle In your ministration to have the Spirit move I beg! It looks and sound awful most at times.

5. If you're not lead to shout, cry or make any Altar Calls, I take God beg you to desist from that!

5. Correcting others messages while you're called to lead in songs; particularly the host Pastor, ah, is not your duty and I think is a sign of Pride. However, you can meet him/her to question!

Just an innocent observation, because, the way Gospel Music Minister the behave now'adays eh, they should kukuma start Churches and become Pastors there.

Bye bye woh!

🔥 Building The Right & Strong Foundation Against Failures in 2026

Every foundation needs to be laid on the right place and with the right materials, not just anywhere and with everything (Matthew 7:24-27). Failure to adhere to foundational principles may just make your effort float 😔.

I know you had expectations for 2025 (Proverbs 23:18). And maybe you laid many wrong foundations that may have kept you from achieving success. Here's the thing: your greatest failure will be not daring to rise or learn from mistakes (Proverbs 24:16).

Look at these Bible examples:
- Peter denied Jesus and repented (Matthew 26:69-75)
- Samson compromised but repented (Judges 16, 28-30)
- David sinned but repented (2 Samuel 11; Psalm 51)..unlike Judas, Ahab, and Saul who didn't rise.

Here's how to lay the right foundation for 2026:
1. Learn from mistakes
2. Repent and Adjust
3. Seek God through His Word (your foundation)
4. Write your vision plainly (Habakkuk 2:2; Romans 10:14-15)
5. Pray + Take action (Proverbs 19:21, 16:9)

Use the remaining days of 2025 to pray and plan. Watch how God turns things around 🙏.

May 2026 bring divine acceleration in all you do, in Jesus' name! 😊
