HIRING IN LAGOS: SHORTLET APARTMENT MANAGER

A short-let apartment is looking for a Short-Let Apartment Manager to oversee operations, guest experience, bookings, maintenance coordination, and overall apartment readiness.

LOCATION: Lagos State
Applicants should reside around Victoria Island, Lekki, or nearby areas.

WORK TYPE: Hybrid
PAYMENT: Commission

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Managing the day-to-day operations of short-let apartments
• Ensuring excellent guest experience and prompt issue resolution
• Coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and apartment readiness
• Managing bookings, occupancy schedules, and operational reports
• Monitoring apartment standards and operational efficiency
• Supervising support staff and vendors when necessary

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3–5 years of experience in shortlet, hospitality, property operations, or management
• Strong knowledge of guest relations and booking/property management systems
• Ability to coordinate inspections, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest operations
• Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking platforms is an advantage
• Must reside in or near Victoria Island, Lekki, or surrounding areas

EDUCATION: Minimum OND, with experience managing a short-let apartment.
