For the Scones
• 555g plain/all-purpose flour
• 28g baking powder
• 140g white sugar
• Pinch of fine sea salt
• 140g cold unsalted butter, cubed
• 250g Hollandia Strawberry Yogurt
• Egg yolk for finishing
For the Strawberry Jam 🍓
• 500g strawberries
• 70g sugar
• 10ml lemon juice
The possibilities are endless when you yoghurt it how you want it. ❤️
