Dear Parents / Guardians,
This is to inform you that representatives from Indomie Noodles visited our school on Monday and engaged our learners in an interactive session.
They gave the pupils some assignments, and we are pleased to share the results/outcome below.
Thank you.

5. Lying on bed to read and write
*Causes of Bad Posture:*
1. Too much pressing of phone and gaming
2. Wrong way of sitting in class
3. Heavy backpack
4. Lack of exercise
5. Copying friends and lack of self-respect
6. Poor chairs and tables in school/home
*Effects / Dangers of Bad Posture:*
1. Back and neck pain
2. Difficulty in breathing properly
3. You will look less confident and not smart

2. Don't bend too much when using phone - raise phone to eye level
3. Carry school bag with two shoulders, not one
4. Stand straight with shoulders back and chest out
5. Exercise and stretch daily
6. Parents and teachers should correct teenagers always
