A student asked me a question that I thought was worth sharing:
“How do I know if I can adjust to an organization’s culture during an interview?”
My answer?
Remember that an interview is not only for the organization to assess you. You are also assessing the organization.
Pay attention to:
• How they communicate with you
• How they treat you during the interview
• The kind of questions they ask
• How they describe their leadership style
• How they talk about employees and teamwork
• Whether their values align with yours
• What they expect from the person in the role
You may not fully understand an organization’s culture from one interview, but you can gather signals.
And please, don’t focus so much on getting the job that you forget to ask yourself:
“Would I actually thrive in this environment?”
Culture fit is not about changing who you are to survive at work. It is about understanding the environment and determining whether you and the organization can work well together.

Happy Sunday Fam.
All thanks to my Pastor Adeniran Deborah||Relationship||Family Life for feeding me with The word. The word was precise and for the season.
My take home for the week from service is that Abundant is a mindset, I need to update my Spiritual life and my service with God.
Thanksgiving, Joy and Giving are principles to Abundant.
God isn't Glorify in Lack. God want me to have and have in Abundant.

Yesterday was our 8 years anniversary in Light Nation.
I'm grateful for the gift of my church, I remembered when I entered Ibadan church in February 2023, it feels so real, it feels like home and now it has moved from just feelings to experience. I've experienced family, love, growth, holding of hands and also been carried.
God gave me Spiritual parent, mentors, siblings, friends, sisters.
Grateful to God for my Spiritual family.
