This Core Values Commitment describes who we are, what we do, and how we do it. 1. Provide free medical outreach programs to indigent communities.

3. Award scholarships to deserving indigent students in schools, colleges and universities.

5. Provide, build and equip libraries in communities to foster learning.
6. Actively participate in community service.
7. Support community development projects.
8. Create a revolving fund to provide start-up capital to deserving small-scale business entrepreneurs.
