This plate is a perfect example of why Banting focuses on food quality, not calorie counting.
🥑 Healthy fats from avocado help keep you fuller for longer and can reduce cravings between meals.
🥚 Protein from the eggs supports muscle maintenance and helps stabilize blood sugar levels.
🍅🍄 Non-starchy vegetables provide fibre, vitamins, and minerals while keeping carbohydrates low.
When you build your meals around protein, healthy fats, and low-carb vegetables, you’re giving your body steady energy instead of the blood sugar spikes and crashes that often leave you hungry again soon after eating.
Banting isn’t about eating less. It’s about eating foods that help your body work better. 💚
