Submid

Submid is a multidisciplinary collective based in the city of Rotterdam, consisting of friends with compatible perspectives on music and art aspiring to engage and activate their equals. Submid was originally conceived in early 2017 and their first series of events started out in BAR Rotterdam in 2018, a now defunct nightclub in Rotterdam’s central district. Artists such as Cecilio & Laurine, Cedric Dekowski & Felix Reifenberg, Francesco Del Garda, The Ghost, Hamish & Toby, John Dimas and Julian Perez performed at their quarterly get-togethers. With close ties to Rotterdam online radio station Operator, Submid has the chance to showcase alternative sounds of their guests and also present young and promising talent.
