NEPSE is currently holding a strong support zone around 2670–2685. Friday’s low of 2691.86 may have marked the bottom of this correction, though a retest of the support area cannot be ruled out.

Most policies and market fundamentals remain supportive. The missing piece is investor sentiment. Once confidence returns, the market could regain momentum quickly.

I also believe there is still a good possibility of one meaningful upward swing before the year-end pressure starts building up. If sentiment returns and liquidity improves, the market may surprise many on the upside.
