RVST

(SOLD) KEA Ft. Coprosma The background scene is inspired by the dramatic landscapes of the south island. I had a lot of fun with this one, the brightly colored feathers in the wings were really enjoyable to work with. Bonus points if you recognize the constellation above the bird :)

KOKAKO I ft. Taraire, Another example of my choice of a Bird + Native plant combo that aims to reflect real natural systems. The Kokako is one of the few NZ birds that can eat the large blue stonefruit of the Taraire tree and spread the seed of the tree. From a visual perspective, the bird and the berry have a really solid colour scheme which lends to a cohesive artwork. As always, I've injected my own style into this scene, playing around with patterns, lettering, and a fun mix of semi-realism and abstraction. Really proud of this one! If you wanna pick it up, DM me!

Shoutout:

TRICERATOPS I

I Love the shape of the triceratops skull, so iconic. I hadn't done anything dinosaur related in a minute, so I decided on impulse to crack on with this one. Simple, but I think it's pretty clean.

VIRULENCE III

Another biomech abstract one,
just experimenting with shapes and colours. DM me to cop or come visit me at the .markets this Saturday to check out what I've got in stock chur.
