FINAL DAY | NZ U15 RUGBY INVITATIONAL — ROTORUA

Not the result we came for, but a week we will never forget.

The Wesley College U15s finish the tournament with something far more valuable than a result — experience, lessons, challenges and a clearer understanding of what it takes to compete at the next level.

Across the week, our boys have been tested physically, mentally and emotionally. They’ve experienced pressure, adversity, tough losses, moments of brilliance and the reality that development doesn’t always come with a win.

Every game has provided a lesson.
Every challenge has created an opportunity to grow.
Every setback gives us something to build from.

This tournament is not the destination — it is part of the journey.

We return to Wesley with lessons to take forward, standards to raise and a hunger to keep improving.

The future belongs to those willing to learn today.

Proud of the way our boys represented Wesley College, our families, our coaches and our community.

Heads up. Learn. Grow. Evolve.

Chiefs Top 4 Semi-Final — Full of Pride

Today didn’t go our way.

The boys gave everything they had in the Chiefs Top 4 Semi-Final against Hamilton Boys’ High School. We were beaten by the better team today, but there is absolutely nothing to be ashamed of.

Be proud of your season, boys. The commitment, confidence, courage and belief you have shown throughout the year has been outstanding.

To our players, coaches, management, families, supporters, sponsors and everyone who has stood behind this First XV — thank you. Your support has meant everything.

We leave this season with our heads held high: gracious in defeat, humble in victory, and hungry for what comes next.

The future is bright. The work continues. The fire stays lit.
