Good Fit Studio

Pregnant and new born mummas!! Here is me days away from giving birth.. uncomfortable, swollen, wearing my partners size 13 shoes because they were the only shoes i fit 🤣 I had a really hard pregnancy/birth and really struggled the first year of having my son.. I mean really struggled.. we both cried and didn’t sleep for a year 😅 it was when I was ready and able to exercise that I truly snapped out of feeling really miserable! In this second picture, my son was about 1 and a half and I’d been working on myself 🥰 things get so much better if you’re finding yourself struggling 🤍 give yourself the time you need, and reach out if you are ready to start your journey into fitness, I’d love to guide and support you into being the best version of yourself 💪🏼😎 I am offering cheaper rates from 9.30am to 1.30pm Tuesday to Friday!! bring your baby along and jump track to feeling your best self 💖

Self care can look like many different things, for me I love hiking, the beach, being near the ocean, fishing and eating fish 👌🏻🎣 so trips like this are my form of self care and mental relaxation/rejuvenation 🥰 its so important to do things that are important to you, that soul food good stuff 🙌🏼 wake up early, make the plans, see the things, get your body moving and amongst all the chaos in life.. make time to do the things you enjoy 💖

A little about my amazing clients return to fitness and experience working together 🥰🥰💪🏼💖
