G C Building

Another bathroom project completed with James Projekt Plumbing& Dan In2Tile.

Now completed.
It was good to work on this project with Calder Builders & get this one finished today.

Ensuite upgrade in progress.
The main bathroom was completed earlier in the year, now it's time for the ensuite to get a matching face lift, end results to come.

Kitchen is almost complete.
Two panels left to paint, oven to install & Projekt Plumbing to do their fit off.

Here is another bathroom renovation that is under way, the existing bathroom was only 1500mm wide, so the toilet wall has been removed to create a bigger space to work with.
Insulation installed in the exterior wall, ceiling straightened with new battens, gib board is on & ready to be plastered.
Projekt Plumbing taking care of all the plumbing needs.

The cladding and roofing have reached their limit, with cladding splitting, coming off the walls and flashing tape being used to patch holes in the roof.
I think it’s time for a re-clad & re-roof.

Not much to look at yet, soon to become a level entry shower with floor to ceiling tiles throughout.
In this bathroom, we have used wool insulation in the ceilings/walls, which is a NZ made product made up of 70% wool 30% recycled polyester. A great alternative if your looking for something a bit more natural & user friendly.

Kitchen, dining & living overhaul.
Installed new ceiling batten's to straighten the 75mm of sag, insulation installed to the exterior walls, gib board on.
Ready for plaster then paint.
Kitchen has been site measured & in production.
Finished results coming soon.

Kitchen base cabinets are in, floor prep is underway. Cupboard doors, drawer fronts and end panels are off to be sprayed.
Granite top has been templated, looking forward to seeing the end result.

Another bathroom overhaul completed.
There wasn't much of the existing left only a few studs in the exterior wall & the floor joists.
A lot went into this bathroom, a couple of things that stand out for me was the Symphony Pinnacle shower tray, gunmetal tapware, full width tiled niche with mitered corners & the feature window as you walk in.
As usual great work from James at Projekt Plumbing & Dan at In2Tile
