TYM Sitting position and Yoga+Breathing.

Join us for an incredible workshop where you'll learn Thai Yoga Massage (TYM) techniques to help your friends release tension and improve energy flow. Our focus will be on the upper body working from the sitting position, and you’ll walk away with a powerful sequence to practice at home and deliver a deeply relaxing massage.
In addition to the TYM training, the workshop includes a yoga session and assisted meditation to help you unwind and restore balance, both physically and mentally.
This is the only workshop of its kind this year, so we encourage you to sign up early to secure your spot!

Kru Gab: With over 20 years of professional massage experience, Gab has worked in numerous spas in Rotorua and is a qualified Advanced Therapist, trained in Chiang Mai, Thailand. He is also a certified Yoga Teacher (India) and TYM Instructor, combining his two passions. Gab has trained over 400 students in recent years.
Amber: A dedicated full-time Yoga Teacher in Auckland, Amber has 7+ years of experience leading transformative classes in various studios. She incorporates yoga asana, pranayama, mantra, and meditation into a holistic practice that helps you connect with your true self.
