WE’RE HIRING 🤍

We’re looking for an Administration & Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing TBLE team.

As TBLE has grown, so have our bookings and team responsibilities, so we’re looking for someone to take ownership of the day-to-day customer service and booking side of the business.

You’ll be:
— Responding to customer enquiries
— Creating and managing bookings
— Working within our rental management systems
— Making booking changes and following things up
— Cross-checking details, availability and quantities
— Making sure everything is accurate before it reaches our warehouse team

Who we think will thrive in this role:
You’re naturally organised, reliable and conscientious. You like things done properly, take ownership of what’s on your plate and get genuine satisfaction from ticking things off and following them through.
You have a sharp eye for detail and tend to notice when something doesn’t quite add up. You’re methodical and consistent, but also a good problem-solver, you’ll investigate something rather than just passing it on.
You’re also warm, approachable and thoughtful with people. You enjoy helping customers, communicate clearly and can build genuine relationships while still keeping things moving.

Previous admin/customer service experience would be great, but finding someone whose natural strengths fit the role is just as important to us.

Monday–Thursday | 9am–1pm
16 hours per week
