🏗 Commercial Corner Takes Shape at Berryfields Crossing ⛑

Construction is progressing well on Stage 2 of Commercial Corner at Berryfields Crossing, marking another important step in the continued development of Richmond West.
The new development will have a building footprint of approximately 2,200m² and will accommodate six tenancies, supported by 132 new car parks.

A key milestone is coming up, with roof installation scheduled to begin in early October. This will be an exciting stage in the construction programme and another visible sign of progress on site. Work is also continuing towards reopening part of the car park by December, helping improve access through the area as the development moves closer to completion.

Further details about the incoming businesses will be shared soon, and we look forward to introducing them to the Richmond community.

Keep an eye out for more updates as Stage 2 at Berryfields Crossing continues to take shape!
