Last night's pasta.. tonights pasta salad..

I used the thermie to turn half a block of Parmesan cheese I'm powdered cheese, added some chopped broccoli, red onion and preserves red pepper YUMMY

Had chicken bone broth to use so made another risotto last night which made an easy dinner tonight.. it was a bolognaise risotto which I’ve never made before and it was TASTY!! Another part of reason was I had to use the mince.. a 500gm bag and this recipe only took 200gm so made a tack mince which was plenty for last nights dinner and lunch! Winning 💕

Says 4 portions… Zac and I must be little piggies as we ate it all!!

Swapped some broccoli instead of baby spinach.. used coconut cream as that’s what I had.. and always my thermie made stock paste which lives in the freezer 🥰

Fast easy dinner using what I had in fridge and pantry! Need to buy some veges!!

Prep once, eat twice..

Just Zac and I this week so I’m getting creative so we don’t have to eat the exact same thing each day and so I’m using my thermie, trying new meals :)

Last night we made the meatball soup - Zac rolled the meatballs and he made some super small which we had with the soup but the larger ones we kept for tonight. This left me with half the soup for another nights dinner.

Tonight I made this layered Swedish meatballs, mash and vege and we have leftover for another night (just need to add a meat. Also half the sauce which I may use in a potato bake or as a pasta sauce.

Meatball Soup! It’s a big ✅ from us! Zac rolled the meatballs after lunch and popped in the fridge. The soup was a quick easy throw together and the meatballs steamed on top!
